What are Behold points and how do I earn them?

Behold points are as good as cash. You earn points with every purchase you
make. Additionally, you can also earn points through membership referrals. These
points can be redeemed during eyewear purchases, making your purchases even more
affordable.

What is the Behold membership?


This membership grants 1-year access to "Insider Prices" on all eyewear,
including contacts, prescription glasses, sunglasses and all products from the
Essential, VIP, and Exclusive collections.

Can I cancel my membership?

Our one-time $12.00 annual membership fee is non-refundable.

What is the physician dispensing fee for prescription eyewear?

The physician dispensing fee is a charge that covers the professional services
required to ensure the accuracy and quality of your prescription eyeglasses and
contact lenses. It includes services such as prescription verification, quality
assurance, and customer support. This physician dispensing fee is charged once
per transaction and includes all the contacts and glasses in your cart.

How much is the physician dispensing fee?

The standard physician dispensing Fee is $5 per transaction. This fee is waived
on your first transaction with the purchase of a membership.

Is the physician dispensing fee per item or per order?

The physician dispensing fee is a one-time charge per transaction, regardless of
the number of eyewear items in your cart. This means whether you're purchasing a
single pair of prescription eyeglasses or multiple items.

Is the physician dispensing fee refundable?

The physician dispensing fee is non-refundable once the order has been
processed. However, if you encounter any issues with your eyewear or have
concerns about the services provided, please contact our customer support team,
and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I get a refund on my purchase?

Since we do not mark-up our products, we do not offer refunds, or warranties on
any eyeglasses purchased through Behold. We issue refunds on contact lenses up
to 30 days after purchase, if contact lens box(es) has not been opened. Refunds
are issued 30 days after unused/ unopened products are received at our
warehouse.
