Update Set
Tanium File Integrity and Unauthorized Change Monitoring
Tanium IM (Integrity Monitor) and Unauthorized Change Monitoring for ServiceNow.
Tanium Inc

Tanium File Integrity and Unauthorized Change Monitoring
Tanium IM (Integrity Monitor) and Unauthorized Change Monitoring application for
ServiceNow.The “Tanium File Integrity and Unauthorized Change Monitoring”
application has the following core functionality and behavior:1. Takes Tanium IM
Events from certain Integrity Monitor watchlists that you specify,2. Stores
those Event details in ServiceNow, where Event Managers can review the details
of each Event. 3. Detects whether there's an existing Change Request ticket
associated with the CI, which has a change window that includes the time that
the event happens.4. If so, optionally disregards the event (which you can
configure) as an "authorized change"5. If a related Change is not found (or if
configured to ignore Changes for that watchlist), it creates a "Tanium IM Alert"
record which can generate a ticket in a table of your choice, with pre-filled
dynamic field values that you can configure at the Watchlist level.

CSD 2.0 for Tanium
Leverage Tanium Deploy within ServiceNow for deployment and revocation of
software using…
Tanium Inc

CSD 2.0 for Tanium
CSD 2.0 with Tanium enables an administrator to create all the records necessary
to deploy software from service catalog requests, including software models and
catalog items, using Tanium Deploy. This integration will allow automating both
the deployment and revocation of software using Tanium Deploy. This will also
allow for the integration with Software Asset Mangement (SAM Professional or
Foundation) to manage license information of the deployed software.

Update Set
Tanium Integration for Security Operations
Automate security incident enrichment, and perform sightings searches across
your environment using…
Tanium Inc

Tanium Integration for Security Operations
The Tanium Security Operations Integrations aims to increase efficiency in the
incident lifecycle by removing the number of manual investigation steps and
augmenting ServiceNow processes with the speed and scale of Tanium to provide a
more unified interface in which related incident data is presented in a
meaningful and actionable way.

Vulnerability Response Patch Orchestration with Tanium
Vulnerability Response Patch Automation through Tanium
Tanium Inc

Vulnerability Response Patch Orchestration with Tanium
The Vulnerability Response Patch Orchestration with Tanium patches CIs through
the Vulnerability Response Patch Orchestration module. This can be used in
addition to the Tanium Vulnerability Response integration to close the loop from
identifying vulnerabilities with Tanium Comply to patching those vulnerabilities
with Tanium Patch.

Update Set
Tanium CI Introspect UI
Real-time agent experience to reduce MTTA and MTTR for Incidents and Major
Incidents
Tanium Inc

Tanium CI Introspect UI
The primary use-case for the Tanium CI Introspect UI application is to assist
helpdesk agents and IT administrators. It serves to make their jobs easier,
making information more readily accessible to them, and allowing them to take
actions on endpoints without needing to use remote access software and interrupt
their or the user’s workflow; all in far less time than it would otherwise take
them. This application provides you with an interface that allows you to select a
specific Tanium-managed endpoint or click "Launch Tanium Live UI" in an Incident
or Change (with a CI) and be able to:See overall performance stats (including
CPU, RAM and system disk utilization)See data refreshed live while the UI is
open or on-demandSee all running processes on a machine, including their CPU and
RAM utilizationSort by CPU/memory utilization to see top offenders for
performance issuesKill a specific process with one buttonSee all services on the
endpoint, including their current status and “startup mode” (automatic or
manual)Start, stop, or restart any serviceSee recent application and system
crashes from an endpoint, to assist with asynchronous
troubleshootingUse-casesImagine you’re a helpdesk agent who receives a ticket
from an end-user that complains of poor performance on their laptop, application
crashes, or system crashes. How would you go about troubleshooting and resolving
that issue? You might begin by responding to the user, asking when they’re free.
You then wait for a reply and play musical chairs with your calendars until you
can sync up. You call the user and get their asset tag or whatever information
you need to remote into their machine. Only then can you begin troubleshooting
the issue. You check the crash logs or performance stats and eventually identify
the issue: A misbehaving service that was somehow started manually. You stop or
restart the service, and the issue is resolved. This entire process took much
longer than it needed to. During this process, neither you (the agent) nor the
caller can be productive. How many person-hours are lost each year to this
reduced productivity? What if, instead, you could click one button from the
ticket in ServiceNow, and open the CI Introspect UI with the caller’s machine
already loaded up. You could get detailed information about application or
system crashes, see associated system service statuses and running processes,
kill a misbehaving process, start/stop/restart a misbehaving service, and more.
Before you’ve ever contacted the user, you can have all the information you need
and possibly even take some steps to troubleshoot the issue. Once that’s done,
all you need to do is let the user know what steps you’ve taken, ask if it’s
resolved their issue, and if so - close the ticket. Job done. Easy! In a
near-future version of the CI Introspect UI, an agent or IT admin will even be
able to deploy any Tanium package/action that they’re authorized to see, to a
user’s machine or a server with just a few clicks. A company could have their
own custom packages to reset a user’s network using some simple commands, like:
arp -d *&route -f&ipconfig /release&ipconfig /renew&ipconfig /flushdns&ipconfig
/registerdns&netsh winsock resetWith one click, they can resolve any number of
networking-related issues. One can only imagine the doors that this functionality
may unlock, and the efficiencies that may be gained by the use of this
application for initial issue troubleshooting and, often, resolution.

Update Set
Tanium Configuration Compliance Integration
End to end Configuration Compliance automation with Tanium Comply
Tanium Inc

Tanium Configuration Compliance Integration
The Tanium Integration for Configuration Compliance pulls endpoint configuration
compliance data into the ServiceNow Platform from the Tanium Comply Module. This
data will help you prioritize and drive the remediation of issues found within
your environment.

Update Set
Tanium Integration Core
Tanium Integration SDK - for Building Custom Tanium Integrations
Tanium Inc

Tanium Integration Core
Tanium Integration Core has a series of simple interfaces which any ServiceNow
customer or partner developer can use to build their own functionality on top of
what we’ve built. The tool is highly configurable and can be easily built into
any process which can be enriched or improved by data or actions through Tanium,
such as CI introspection, just-in-time discovery, incident or change management
process enhancement and automation, reducing time-to-resolution for Incidents,
and more. The Tanium Integration Core utilities have several API interfaces
depending on what you want to do and how you want to do it. For example, whether
you want to use Interact APIs to ask a question and get the answer
asynchronously, the API Gateway to get real-time or cached data about your
endpoints synchronously, the Tanium Tag APIs to manage endpoints within Tanium,
or the Action APIs to perform some action or deploy some package on a specified
endpoint, Tanium Integration Core has built-in methods for doing so with just a
few lines of code.

Update Set
Tanium Vulnerability Response Integration
End to end Vulnerability Lifecycle Automation with Tanium Comply
Tanium Inc

Tanium Vulnerability Response Integration
The Tanium Integration for Vulnerability Response pulls endpoint vulnerability
data into the Now Platform from the Tanium Comply Module to help you prioritize
problems, drive remediation, and validate whether risks have been addressed.
Stay in sync, scheduled jobs are set to periodically pull from Tanium providing
you with near real-time vulnerability data. These jobs are dynamically
integrated into the workflow and may be executed manually to assist in the
process of eliminating security exposures, improving overall IT hygiene, and
preparing for audits.
