Sanfu Motor was established in 2003.

When it comes to our customers, we offer a fast, efficient turnaround whilst
maintaining the highest of standards. At Sanfu Motor, we pride ourselves on our
ability to offer customers an exceptional professional experience. We offer a
full range of services for all makes and models of motorcycle. From customise to
servicing and repairs, we’ve got you covered.

Our fully equipped workshop has a comprehensive range of genuine and non-genuine
parts, and we work to the customer’s preference.

Sanfu Motor has an outstanding reputation for customer service. As we recognise
that it is not always possible for customers to contact us during workshop
hours, Workshop Manager can now be reached outside of our standard operating
times for advice and bookings on 9455 7643 / 65 9237 7957 .

ACCIDENT CLAIM & REPAIR


AUTHORISED REPORTING CENTRE

WE PROCESS INSURANCE CLAIMS (WE LOOK AFTER ALL INSURANCE PAPERWORK), ORGAINSE
PICK UP OF SMASHED BIKES AND REPLACEMENT OF ALL DAMAGED PARTS TO MAKE THE WHOLE
PROCESS AS HASSLE-FREE AS POSSIBLE. WE ALSO CARRY OUT SMASH QUOTES AND REPAIRS
ON UNINSURED BIKES.

MOTORCYCLE CLAIM PROCEDURE

 1. DO NOT shift your vehicle
    
    * Take as many pictures of the accident scene as possible
    * Take photos of the other party and your vehicle, damages & car plate
      number

 2. Exchange particulars with all parties involved NRIC
    
    * NRIC
    * Contact Details
    * Car Plate Number

 3. Call our hotline 67447753 or 9455 7643
    
    * We will arrange towing for you if necessary
    * Make a police report if there is any injury sustained or damages to public
      property
    * We will arrange a time for you to come down and guide you on your report.

 4. Prepare the following documents
    
    * Driver IC
    * Driver Driving License
    * Owner IC
    * Insurance Certificate
    * Medical Bills & MC
    * Police Report
    * Vehicle Log Card

 5. We will take care of all the steps until you obtain your (1) own damage (OD)
    claims and/or (2) third-party claims settlement. All you need to do is sign
    the required documents and we will do the following, as per our agreement:
    
    * Fill up insurance claim forms
    * Towing of damaged bike to our workshop.
    * Prepare repair estimates.
    * Submit all required documents to (own and/or 3rd party) insurance
      companies.
    * Negotiate and communicate effectively with surveyor/claims assessor on
      damages and repair during inspection visit, to strive for the fairest
      compensation possible
    * Follow up with insurance companies until direct settlement is granted and
      repair is authorized.

 6. How long does the whole process take?
    
    * For own damage (OD) claim, it will typically take 2 to 4 weeks depending
      on the insurance company’s surveyor inspection and decision time.
    * For 3rd party claim, the process will take longer depending on the at
      fault party’s time taken to file report to their insurer.
    * Once claims amount is confirmed with insurance company, we will start the
      repair process.
