HOW DOES WFS WORK?


YOU TAKE THE FIRST STEP. WE TAKE CARE OF THE REST.

Our end-to-end solution makes it easy to store and ship any amount of inventory
you choose, without minimums or maximums.



1. Seller sends inventory to designated WFS fulfillment center(s).

2. WFS receives & stores properly prepared items within 2 days.*

3. Customer purchases item with ‘Fulfilled by Walmart’ and ‘2-day shipping’ tags
on Walmart.com.

4. WFS picks, packs & delivers order to customer within 2 days.*

5. WFS handles all customer care & returns in-store or by mail.

Meet your customers’ delivery expectations with every shipment. Two-day shipping
is provided anywhere in the contiguous U.S. but is not guaranteed during peak
season (September-January). The WFS experience also includes access to Walmart
omnichannel capabilities such as our Free & Easy Returns program.

WFS items are displayed with tags to help increase product visibility and
improve conversion.

REDUCED INBOUND SHIPPING RATES THROUGH OUR PREFERRED CARRIER PROGRAM

Benefit from discounted rates for FedEx small parcel and less-than-truckload
(LTL) deliveries. Early participants in the WFS Preferred Carrier Program
reported, on average, 50% lower rates than shipping on their own before the
addition of LTL service. We also offer minimal fees for customer return shipping
and inventory removals.

FAST INVENTORY RECEIVING AT WFS FULFILLMENT CENTERS

Items are usually stocked within 2 days after arriving at our warehouses (during
the non-peak season).

OUTSOURCE INVENTORY PREPARATION TO WFS FOR A SMALL FEE

We’ll help ensure your Walmart-fulfilled items are prepared correctly and
consistently. Item labeling service is now offered for $0.45/unit. Stay tuned
for additional Prep Services coming soon.

ARE THERE INVENTORY REQUIREMENTS OR A SKU MINIMUM TO PARTICIPATE IN WFS?

At this time, there are no minimum requirements. We recommend that you set up at
least 50 items with continual inventory replenishment to see the full value and
GMV growth we hope to build with you.

WHAT DOES THE IDEAL ASSORTMENT LOOK LIKE?

 * Bestselling items
 * Premium brands and items not currently listed on Walmart.com
 * Items that meet the Walmart Marketplace guidelines for prohibited and
   restricted products

WHAT PACKAGING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We ship items in standard Walmart-branded packaging.
