<li>Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in nursing or an associate degree in nursing from a state-approved, professional nursing program.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience is often preferred.</li>

You’ll find nurses like you throughout our health ministry in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, patient homes or working behind the scenes to coordinate our best delivery of care. Nurses take part in long-term care, at-home care, pediatrics, orthopedics, oncology, behavioral health — almost every specialty and subspecialty. Registered NurseLicensed Practical NurseCertified Nursing Assistant A registered nurse (RN) provides substantial care for patients while educating them on managing health. RNs oversee LPNs and CNAs. They have a wide scope of responsibilities that include creating nursing care plans, administering medications, performing diagnostic tests and providing treatments. Education & Experience: * Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in nursing or an associate degree in nursing from a state-approved, professional nursing program. * 2+ years of experience is often preferred. Certification, Licensure & Registration: * Current RN license in the state(s) where practicing is required and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure. * Certifications for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) are sometimes required. Open RN Roles A licensed practical nurse (LPN) works under the direction of an RN or doctor to assist in caring for patients. LPNs are the eyes and ears for physicians while collecting critical information to help build care plans. Some responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering primary care and ensuring the comfort of patients while communicating clearly to them regarding their care. Education & Experience: * Graduate of a licensed practical nursing curriculum or its equivalent. * 1-2 years of experience is often preferred. Certification, Licensure & Registration: * Current LPN license in the state(s) where practicing is required and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure. * Certifications for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) are sometimes required. Open LPN Roles A certified nursing assistant (CNA) works under the direction of an RN to maintain comfort and well-being of the patient. CNAs are essential in nearly every health care setting, including hospital, home health care and long-term care facilities. Some responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, weight, height and intake and output as directed. Education & Experience: No prior medical education or experience necessary. Certification, Licensure & Registration: * A 75-hour CNA course from an accredited program is required. * Certifications in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) are a plus.
