Orillia Chiropractor Dr. Whitney Wihlidal has been providing natural and
holistic chiropractic care to his community since 2003. From the beginning, he
envisioned a practice that serves every member of the family, from children to
seniors. Over the years, Wihlidal Family Chiropractic has grown into a
multi-generational wellness practice. We provide clients with solutions for
their current problems, and educate them on how to achieve long-term results.

families. We have tailored our office hours to provide early morning, and later
evening hours, to accommodate people with difficult schedules. It is important

we examine their unique situation, and the way we can show them what is
occurring. Dr. Whitney clearly explains how the nervous system controls the
body, and lays out a specific plan showing how chiropractic care may help. Most

AN EDUCATIONAL JOURNEY

Dr. Whitney originally pursued an education in kinesiology. After graduation,
while working at the London Health Sciences Centre, he heard many stories about
chiropractic helping numerous people, with a variety of conditions. Curious, he
decided to try it himself.

Not only did he feel better, but a chronic health problem, which he had been
told would never get better, totally disappeared. It wasn't even something he
thought chiropractic could help with! That's when he decided to become a
chiropractor himself.

At our practice, education is an important part of care. It is important that we
develop a complete understanding of the issue that brought you into the office.
Beyond that, however, it is equally important that we understand what may have
precipitated that issue in the first place. Our history and examination
procedures are specifically designed to the unique individual, whether an
infant, child, adult or senior.

Dr. Whitney loves taking care of children because they're so responsive, and it
generally takes very little effort to restore and maintain a healthy spine. The
earlier childhood spinal stresses are dealt with, the healthier and more
adaptive their spine will develop, and usually the fewer acute and chronic
illnesses they manifest.

Our gentle and focused adjusting techniques we use help can seniors move easier,
allowing them to enjoy their lives without pain.

Our primary adjustment techniques are gentle and low-force—Thompson Drop Table,
and the Impulse® and Activator® tools. CBP® postural analysis helps us find the
problems. Depending on your issue and condition, Dr. Whitney will choose the
right method to give you the best outcomes.
