Overall, my experience with this storage facility has been pretty good. The
spaces are large enough for my boat and trailer, and the security features like
gated access and surveillance cameras are top-notch. However, the lighting in
some areas could be better. It's a bit dark when accessing my boat after sunset.
Customer service has been responsive to my concerns though, so I'm hopeful for
improvements.

This facility has a lot to offer in terms of space and location. It's quite
convenient for accessing major highways, and the staff is friendly. However, the
billing process can be a bit confusing, and I’ve had a couple of discrepancies
in my monthly charges. The facility could also use a bit more upkeep, especially
around the boat storage area. It’s decent, but I think a few improvements could
make a big difference.
