not currently a paid subscriber to the Services, and you do not wish to consent
to our processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy, IBD® has decided to
block your access to the Services to ensure that we will not improperly process

CURRENT SUBSCRIBER?

If you are currently a paid subscriber to the Services, please contact IBD® by:
(1) sending an email to IBD® Customer Success through use of
askinvestorshelp.zendesk.com; or (2) calling IBD® Customer Success at
+1-310-448-6600. We will be happy to restore your access to the Services once we
can confirm your identity as a paid subscriber. However, please note that IBD®
will still process your personal data as detailed in the Privacy Policy on the
bases of contractual necessity and based on a multitude of legitimate interests
(as identified in the EU Privacy Policy Addendum). You will also still be bound
by the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. Accordingly, if you do not want IBD®
to access, use, and/or transfer your information as detailed in the Privacy
Policy, you should refrain from using or accessing the Services.
