...Get to resort only room avail was 3 flights of steps up in building 6... I
had to call a 1800 number and then was charged $200 on top of the $250 I paid
for the stay because I didn’t qualify for the presentation oh yeah forgot to
mention the $250 security deposit when you check in and the $37 resort fee
upon check in so a total of $737 for 3 nights in a unit/room that was
something you would expect in a 1 star resort When we were leaving I was
bothered 3x by housekeeping after already getting a late check out due to my
clothes drying on the balcony weren’t quite dry at 9 10 1030 the late check
out was for 11 You could have had a timeshare purchased, but I guess a female
can’t make decisions without her husband present in this day and age do
better IHG I make a six figure salary myself!...

Our room still wasn't ready and we checked in a day late because our flights
were delayed. We had to move rooms 3 times before they actually got it right
and the room was mediocre at best... The third room was locked from the
inside so we couldn't even get into the room the 4th try we actually made it
into the room and it was a 2 bedroom... We were told we would be charged more
points because of the upgrade room although it wasn't what we booked...

very clean, beds comfortable and furniture in great shape... We did not use
the fitness room but it looked typical and we did not eat at the grill, but

...It’s like a trip back to the 80s, when I arrived, they were more
interested in selling me a time share than in giving me information about
breakfast, about the location of the room, etc., the lobby furniture is
outdated and filthy, I took photos to prove it, however, the rooms were clean
except for the carpet. When we arrived to our room, there was a strong toxic
smell, like bug spray, in room 6-207, had to be moved to a different one...
Room 2-205 was perfect, but there’s a gas smell in the laundry room... We had
a two bedroom for 4 and we received a $30 daily credit for breakfast...

paid for the stay because I didn’t qualify for the presentation oh yeah
forgot to mention the $250 security deposit when you check in and the $37
resort fee upon check in so a total of $737 for 3 nights in a unit/room that
was something you would expect in a 1 star resort When we were leaving I was
bothered 3x by housekeeping after already getting a late check out due to my
clothes drying on the balcony weren’t quite dry at 9 10 1030 the late check
out was for 11 You could have had a timeshare purchased, but I guess a female
can’t make decisions without her husband present in this day and age do
better IHG I make a six figure salary myself!...

partial week charge from RCI... I called RCI and said the charge was
initiated by this resort... If I lived in the area I would definitely take
Holiday Inn to small claims court... I did not agree to any extra charge at
check in... A couple of days after that I received another $75.00 USD charge

No shuttle to or from airport so be prepared to use Uber, Lyft, taxi or your
legs to walk everywhere.The resort does not offer a free shuttle to go to the
grocery store... Reminder every casino has at least a 15- 30 dollar fee to
park now .Even the malls have a fee to park now!!!... My daughter resorted to
go to Wallgreens drug store to get water and snacks that were affordable...

The website indicted that the property offers free shuttle to the strip. The
front desk representative advised that they no longer offer the shuttle as of
January, 2023... I traveled to Las Vegas when the temperature was 112 degrees
and relied upon the information about the shuttle on the website... The front
desk clerk and front desk manager (Kelly) did not seem to care and just
dismissed my issue...

I have stayed at other Holiday Inn in the past (vermont) and was impressed...
Calling front desk during office hour for said dead cockroach but many times
didn't get through... Please man the front desk/operator properly to answer
phone... But when I called from the room, nobody picked up... I had to walk
to the front desk to actually talk to someone... The only nice thing is the
person who came to pick up the dead cockroach... He offered me spray to spray
the drain...

The vacation started of with a Difficult time at the front desk. Took a long
time to check in at 10;30 am ... We were also told if our room was ready
before that they would callus on our cell... We ask if there were places to
buy some beer and other drinks for our room and were told we could walk to
the strip and find a Walgreens or CVS... Also when we checked back in at 3:00
pm about our room we were told it was ready an hour ago but no one called
us...

and curt person at this hotel. After having waited 6 hours, we knew a switch
change would happen at 3 and sure enough, the lady was able to assist and

robots and foreigners trying to help me... Second call, i had someone who
said they couldn't do it but would transfers me, so I got transferred from
reservations to someone i thought would help... I just want some help and
this company chain has the worst customer service if you are a business DO

be covered on foot in case you miss the shuttle. The shuttle service is quite
infrequent (once every hour to Tropicana and once every hour to Treasure
Island) hence there is every chance you may not want to wait that long... The
last shuttle back from the strip is at 6.30 pm...

Great place to stay with family. We have family of 3 the 1 bedroom is plenty
big... The in unit washer dryer is great!... Pool 4 is by far our favorite
because of size in pool lounge chairs and the large hot tub with jets... The
weather was chilly but pool and hot tubs were warm/hot so we were in them
every day... 1 block from strip easy to get anywhere in Vegas... Would
recommend this place to anyone coming here with families...

we did not eat at the grill, but saw people inside every time we passed...

beds were really comfortable... All staff were friendly and welcoming when
you were moving about the complex and Efie was able to recommend some good
shows and get discounted tickets... This complex is one block back from the
strip and it’s probably a 10 minute walk in... It is a pity that the courtesy

location is super being so close to the strip but yet it is very private and
safe... Pools and hot tubs are excellent and there are several to choose
from... The units are nice - we have been lucky to get a bottom floor that we
could walk right out to the pool and grilling areas...

Desert Club Holiday Inn Vacations is a family friendly resort which is quite
large having a few options for pools and hot tubs... The shuttle service is
quite infrequent (once every hour to Tropicana and once every hour to

I loved the proximity to the Strip, the pools, the Activities. No Resort
fees, yet there was free Bingo, entertainment at the pool on the weekend,
Restaurant and Marketplace on site... We were unaware until Day 4 that a
washer and dryer unit with detergent was in the Utility Room on our
balcony!... Our unit balcony faced the Main Pool... Our building was very
close to the Main Pool, on site restaurant, Marketplace, and front
entrance... In the morning my husband went to the casinos and I stayed behind
in the glorious pool and played Bingo everyday in the Activity Center... They
also had free entertainment on the weekends...

full kitchen, fireplace, balcony, pools, etc... Great choice if you're

Love HICV Desert Club Resort
Love how close this property is to the Strip. We had a great view of the High
Roller and the new Sphere as well. It is very easy to walk to the Strip. Our
two-bedroom unit was beautiful. We love 1pm Bingo and have won several games. We
used our vouchers to get items from the Marketplace. I recommend this timeshare
property.

Hotel's Favorite
Great Location
We chose this resort due to it's proximity to the National Parks in California
(Death Valley and Joshua Tree) and Utah (Zion, Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef).
The drive through Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument was spectacular.
Valley of Fire is only an hour away and absolutely worth the drive. Vegas is
under no circumstances, a family friendly place. The monorail was a short walk
from the resort and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay at this resort. They
offered rides from room to front of resort which was very nice. Shower in master
bedroom was the best shower ever! Beds were comfortable and room nicely
supplied. We did not utilize any of the facilities like pool, etc. I would stay
here again.

Very Nice Resort
The resort was very nice and we enjoyed the amenities. This is the first resort
I have ever been to with a market place store. The restaurant onsite served a
great breakfast. Two people can eat off of one order. The pancakes melt in your
mouth. The resort is within walking distance of the strip. The staff is very
nice as well. The only thing I wish they had was an airport shuttle. I would
most definitely stay at this rfesort again.

F1 race time not the time to visit Vegas - UGH
Location totally hampered by F1 race preparation shutting down streets and
crosswalks. Walking and riding times too long and inconvenient when trying to
get to the strip. This will be an annual event... our third trip to Vegas great
anytime of year except anytime near this race!

Nice place and location
Very nice place and near attractions. Did not like check-in. You couldn't hardly
hear person working, was not welcoming, charged us more money when we got there,
but didn't tell us why, didn't tell us how to hook to internet, and didn't tell
us anything about amenities at condo.

Impressed!
We selected Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club for this Las Vegas trip
because of the close proximity to The Sphere. We arrived with no expectations
for the property or room but left very impressed! We were in building 19 which
is toward the back of the resort which was perfect for access to The Sphere
because there is a back gate. Our suite was a one bedroom/one bath with a full
kitchen. The suite was in great shape and updated with a modern look. The king
size bed was comfortable. There was a full-size washer & dryer in the utility
closet off the patio. We were in town for the U2 concert, and this location was
absolutely perfect! We were a short walk to The Sphere via the resort's back
gate. While the resort is off the strip it is an easy walk to places on the
Strip such as The Venetian, Flamingo etc... Also, a short walk away is Ellis
Island with decent restaurants (we enjoyed the BBQ place) and a small casino.
All staff we encountered at the resort were friendly and helpful. They have golf
carts that the staff use to bring guests around the resort is the walk from your
room to the main lobby is too much. I would stay here again and highly recommend
this resort to anyone attending an event at The Sphere - the location cannot be
beat!…

Poorest experience and dishonest practices
That’s probably the poorest experience I’ve ever had as a business traveler. It
is a 3 star hotel and I wasn’t expecting a 4 star service. But everything from
check in to checkout was a disaster. Starting with the check in, I got in a bit
before 3pm, and I was told that my room wasn’t available because they had till
4.30pm to clean the room. I dairies for nearly an hour then they finally gave me
another room. Arriving in the room, no toiletry, soap whatsoever. Then the
breakfast.. on the second morning I needed a quick breakfast option so I went
for the oatmeal… which was instant oatmeal and honestly quite disgusting. It’s a
shame to to serve such a thing in a hotel. Then the checkout was the cherry on
the cake. My travel agent made a mistake in the booking and actually booked 3
nights instead of 4. So when I came back from my day of meetings, I was locked
out of my room with my luggage still in there. I explained the situation, they
told me that the room wasn’t available anymore and as a courtesy they would only
charge for half of the room rate even though they would r give the room back to
me (the full rate was close to 350 USD, mind you..). I can’t describe this as
anything else than robbery. Shame…

The Sphere
We just got back from a week in Vegas and I can’t say enough about this resort!
If you happen to be going to see u2 at the sphere this is the resort to stay at.
You can literally see the sphere from your room and getting to it is an easy and
safe 3 minute walk. The resort is clean and offers a pretty quick 10-15 minute
walk to the strip. If you need a little break from the crazy that is Las Vegas
this is your place!

Better than you think
I was attending software conference and wanted to stay somewhere relaxing
without casinos and entertainment craze and this place was perfect for that. It
was really quiet at night and my “standard room” was in in fact consisting of
living space open to kitchen, bedroom, large closet, bathroom with separate
toilet and a shaded balcony. I was allocated to building no, 15 with the
accommodation on the 3rd floor. It was some good 5 min walk from the main
entrance and there are little golf cars to give you a lift if you so desire.
Accommodation buildings do not have a lift but staff is at hand to help you with
the luggage. There is one casual eating place within the complex. Location is
great, some 15 min brisk walk to the strip and 10 min walk to the Cesar Place
where conferences take place. Sphere is next door and you can see it illuminated

Great stay at the Desert Club
This place is getting it right. I travelled August 2022 and did not send in a
review, but meant to. This is my 3rd stay here. First two times were with
golfing buddies, this time with my wife and two young adult sons. In short,
check in was easy. It's clean. I had emailed about staying near the front and
they accommodated me, which was great. The pool is nice, the rooms are spacious.
They have a little spot to buy a meal and get some convenience items. It's
directly behind The Linq/Flamingo, a block's walk, perfect location. It's just a
super nice place and I can't even think of a negative thing to say. It is a
timeshare place so they may have briefly mentioned it, can't recall. But no
pressure at all. Short walk down to Ellis Island for an amazing restaurant and
