Troubleshooting sign in issues


NOTHING HAPPENS

The Microsoft login opens a new popup window in order to start the Microsoft
auth process, if you're not seeing this window your browser may be blocking it.

INVALID CREDENTIALS

Either the account doesn't exist, or you have entered the wrong password - if
you believe your email is correct, use the "Forgot password" option.


ACCOUNT NOT APPROVED

This means that an account has been set up for your email address, but you've
not yet set a password. There should have been an email sent to you already, but
if not, click the "Set up account" link under the "Sign in" button.


ACCOUNT LOCKED

An account typically ends up locked because of too many failed password
attempts. If this happens, simply use the "Forgot password" option and on
setting up a new password, your account will be reactivated.

NOT GETTING OUR EMAILS?

Providing you've supplied us a valid email address, the emails for resetting
your password, or initially setting up your account will typically only fail
delivery because they've ended up in your junk folder, or the email service you
use has blocked it entirely - as such you will need to get your IT team to
ensure that emails from notifications@springboard.build are being whitelisted.
