Office Temporarily Closed to Public Until January31, 2022
To help ensure public safety, Waterloo North Hydro's office is closed to
customers and visitors from Thursday, January 13 until Monday, January 31, 2022.
Our Customer Support Team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at 519-886-5090 or
customersupport@wnhydro.com.

day, seven days a week until 11:59 p.m. on February 7, 2022.

FLAT ELECTRICITY PRICING IN EFFECT

From Jan 18 - Feb 7, TOU and Tiered customers will be charged 8.2 cents per kWh
for all electricity used, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.




LEAP FUNDING AVAILABLE

Low-income customers can receive up to $1,200 in funding assistance for their
electricity bill through the LEAP program. 




TEMPORARY OFFICE CLOSURE

To ensure public safety, our office will be closed to the public until January
