Welcome to The Vitality Vortex

In a world that often pulls women in every direction, where do we find the space
to rest, to be nurtured, to support and be supported, to truly be seen and heard
in the way our souls yearn for?



Welcome to The Vitality Vortex - a sanctuary for women to come together,
revitalize, and step more fully into their calling. We believe that women hold
the power to bridge the gap between humanity and the natural world, but societal
pressures can sometimes stand in our way.

 

Our hope and vision is that The Vitality Vortex will serve as a catalyst,
multiplying these sanctuaries where women can find solace, nurture their
abilities, and help restore balance in our world.



Do you feel that you're in desperate need of self-care, yet you don't know where
to start?

We focus on healing the mind, body and spirit, as well as tending to the wounds
we have accumulated along life's journey. The Vitality Vortex is your space,
dedicated to women to come together, rebalance, revitalize and restore.

back into communion with your highest self - the version of you that is worthy,
powerful, light and safe in your own body. We hope that our container will serve

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Hello, beautiful souls!

I'm Jenna, a passionate facilitator of breathwork and connection. My journey
with breathwork began as a desperate attempt to save myself. Overwhelmed by
anxiety and trauma that had taken hold of my nervous system, I found myself on
my knees, feeling overlooked and misunderstood after misdiagnoses. In that dark
place, I discovered the transformative power of intentional breathing. I
realized that while breathing is a natural part of our being, intentional
breathing has the profound ability to alter our entire existence.



Now, it's my heartfelt purpose to guide others in connecting with their breath
and, in turn, connecting with others through a deep exploration of their
relationship with self. I'm here to help you find your light, embrace your
worthiness, and embody your most sovereign self. I believe in your inherent
power as a creator and aim to support you in manifesting an abundant reality
through your own actions.



I invite you to join me and others in sacred circle as we embark on this
transformative journey together. Let's breathe, move, connect, and rediscover
the incredible creator within you.
