As one of the oldest nonprofit entities in New Hampshire, The Chase Home is committed to serving the unique needs of at-risk youth and their families in distress. LEARN MORE DONATE ABOUT US The Chase Home initially started as an orphanage, but it has evolved to meet the growing needs of youth and their families throughout NH. Today, we provide a variety of services and programs both on-site at The Chase Home and in the community to at-risk youth, 11 – 21, and their families. OUR PROGRAMS Get Involved OUR PROGRAMS Our programs provide at-risk youth and families in distress with comprehensive and evidence-based clinical and therapeutic support designed to help them build tangible life skills. When applicable and clinically needed, we provide supervision and access to public school education, specialized social services, behavioral management, crisis intervention, vocation, recreation, family services, medication monitoring and more. Residential Treatment Services Our residential program is designed for young adults ages 11-19 who are looking for a safe and dependable place to live. Learn More Home-Based Program The in-home program provides comfort for youth who are transitioning back from our residential program or for those looking to prevent placement in the residential program. Learn More Seacoast Community Diversion Program (SCDP) SCDP works to address underlying issues such as drug/alcohol abuse, bullying, and anger-management to prevent young adults from re-offending or entering the Juvenile Justice System. Learn More Independent Living Program (ILP) After young adults have spent time in the Chase Home, we walk them through the transition to independent living while teaching them necessary life skills. Learn More Summer Program Our summer program gives children and teens the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun activities with their peers including kayaking, bowling, day trips, and more. Learn More See All Programs When children spend time in our programs, we also work closely with their families to develop structure at home. See the ways we help lead kids and parent create favorable outcomes that can last a lifetime. Learn More In any given year, we work with approximately 140 at-risk youth and 225 caregivers. Most of these individuals are in the immediate greater Seacoast NH region, although we serve youth from across the state in some of our programs. To maintain our programs and services, we need your support. Donations directly impact the lives of those struggling with behavioral issues, mental health issues, drug and alcohol abuse, and more. Here are three ways you can give: 1. Donate by check, online, or in-kind. Learn more > 2. Support a specific enrichment campaign. Learn more > 3. Become a Friend, Bronze, Silver, or Gold sponsor.
