We are reaching out with some upcoming changes to our Cleo Support phone system.
Aimed at improving your experience and as part of our commitment to providing
exceptional customer support, we are streamlining our phone options with a
simplified menu structure, updated options and routing that strengthen alignment
with our latest cloud and private cloud products and enhanced support
offerings. 


Effective June 17, our new support menu options will be as follows:

Mission Critical Support 
Dedicated option for MCS customers 


Press 2  
CIC: Cloud Edition 
For Cloud Edition and TM&M customers 


Press 3   
CIC: Private Cloud Edition 
For on-premise or customer-cloud deployed solutions, including Cleo Clarify,
Harmony, VLTrader, and LexiCom 


Press 5   
Cleo EEI/Cleo VAN 
Get assistance for Cleo EEI or Cleo VAN  


Press 6   
Cleo Streem 
Support or inquiries related to Cleo Streem
