WHO CAN BECOME A CLEAR PLUS MEMBER?




Individuals 18 years of age and older can enroll in CLEAR Plus. To enroll must
have one of the following forms of photo identification:

• U.S. Driver's License
• U.S. Passport or US Passport Card
• U.S.-Issued Permanent Resident Card
• U.S. State Issued I.D.
• Global Entry Card

All forms of identification must be valid, unexpired, not amended, and have a
photo.

Children under 18 can use the CLEAR Lane for free when accompanied by a CLEAR
Plus Member, no enrollment needed.

WHAT IS CLEAR PLUS?




CLEAR Plus is our airport Membership. With CLEAR Plus, you can move faster
through airport security nationwide in our designated Lanes at TSA checkpoints.
Our friendly Ambassadors help you verify your identity at a CLEAR Pod—so you can
save time and avoid big lines.




IF I HAVE CONTACTS, CATARACTS, OR GLASS EYES, WILL I BE ABLE TO ENROLL IN CLEAR
PLUS?




Our pod still works for those with contacts or glasses. Individuals with
scarring or cloudiness on the iris, such as cataracts, may experience some
issues. Fortunately, CLEAR Plus can be used with your fingertips at the airport.




HOW DO I USE CLEAR PLUS AT THE AIRPORT?




At participating airports, look for the CLEAR Plus Lane at TSA security
checkpoints and one of our friendly CLEAR Ambassadors will greet you!

At the CLEAR pod, you'll scan your boarding pass, confirm your identity with
your eyes or fingerprints, and then we'll escort you straight to standard
physical screening. CLEAR can be used with TSA PreCheck® for the fastest way
through airport security.




HOW DO I UPGRADE TO CLEAR PLUS?




You can upgrade at the airport or online. To get started online:

1. Log on to my.clearme.com to upgrade your account to CLEAR Plus
2. On your next visit to a CLEAR airport location, complete your enrollment
process in-person and enjoy breezing through airport security. No reservation
required!




HOW DO I UPDATE MY I.D. TO KEEP USING MY CLEAR PLUS MEMBERSHIP?




A friendly Ambassador at any CLEAR airport location can help you update your
account with a valid I.D.
Reasons you may need to update your I.D. to keep using your CLEAR Plus
Membership:


 * The I.D. you have on file with CLEAR has expired
 * From the time you enroll in CLEAR, TSA requires re-verification of government
   issued I.D. cards or US passports every 5 years in order to keep your
   membership up to date.
 * TSA will require a REAL ID for all airline travelers starting in May 2025.

To avoid updating your I.D. again in May 2025, please use a REAL ID or US
Passport. If you don’t have a REAL ID yet, here’s a list of I.D.s we currently
accept:


 * US Driver's License
 * US Passport or US Passport Card
 * US-Issued Permanent Resident Card
 * US State Issued ID
 * US Military ID
 * Global Entry Card

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?




To update your name with CLEAR, you'll need to visit a CLEAR location where we
can update your account records and biometrics.Please bring your updated
(renewed, not amended) ID. Your ID must be one of the following: US Driver's
License, US Passport, US-issued Permanent Resident Card, State-issued ID, or US
Military ID. All forms of identification must be valid, unexpired, not amended,
and have a photo.You can update payment details by logging in at MY.CLEARME.COM
and selecting 'Update Billing.' You can also update other details like your
password and phone number.Please note that starting October 1, 2021, all
travelers who are 18 and older will need a REAL ID-compliant license or other
acceptable form of ID, such as a US passport, when flying from a US airport. For
more information, visit the DHS REAL ID page here. LINKCLEAR will also need your
REAL ID-compliant license on file by the deadline. You can add your REAL
ID-compliant document to your profile at a CLEAR location – simply ask a CLEAR
Ambassador to assist you.




HOW DO I PRINT MY RECEIPT?




Once your credit card on file has been successfully charged for your CLEAR
membership, you can print your most recent receipt from your account page. Log
into your account at MY.CLEARME.COM and select 'Print receipt' on the right
side.




HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?




Visit CLEARME.COM and Sign In at the top right of the page. Your username is the
email address you used to enroll. You can reset your password by selecting
'Forgot Your Password'

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?




To cancel your membership, log into your account at my.clearme.com and select
the 'Cancel' button in the membership details section.When you cancel, you will
receive a prorated refund for any time left on your subscription. If you were on
a trial, you will not be charged as long as you cancel before the last day of
your trial.If you joined CLEAR through another member’s Family Plan, please note
that only the main account holder can make changes to your Family Plan
subscription.If you do not know your login information or are having trouble
logging into your account, please reach out to our Member Care team by emailing
memberservices@clearme.com or calling us at 1-855-CLEARME(253-2763).




HOW CAN I PURCHASE A CLEAR GIFT CARD?




You can purchase CLEAR Gift Cards online by visiting the CLEAR Gift Card page.
Find additional support purchasing a Gift Card here. CLEAR Gift Cards cannot be
combined with other promotions or preferred rates. Once the gifted time has
ended, members can link their Delta SkyMiles or United MileagePlus account by
logging into my.clearme.com.




HOW CAN I ADD FAMILY MEMBERS TO MY ACCOUNT?




Bundle and save! Add up to 3 family members or friends to your account for just
$70 each. Family members under 18 years old can always join you in the CLEAR
Lane for free.

CAN CLEAR GIFT CARDS BE USED FOR MEMBERSHIPS LINKED WITH DELTA OR UNITED?




No, CLEAR Gift Cards can’t be combined with other promotions or preferred rates.
