[TELEWORK TRAINING] MY FLASH AND POP-UPS ARE ENABLED. WHY ISN’T MY TRAINING
LAUNCHING?

Please note that the Telework Training is structured differently from other
courses you may have taken. Upon launching the course, you will be taken to a
page that lists the five modules of the course. Click on each individual module
to get started with your training.


[TELEWORK TRAINING] I COMPLETED MY COURSE, BUT IT STILL SHOWS IN PROGRESS.

The course is divided into five modules. Upon exiting a module, you will return
to the module list page. Completed modules will have a green check mark beside
it. Kindly review any modules missing the green check mark, as they have likely
not been completed.


[TELEWORK TRAINING] WHERE IS MY CERTIFICATE? I FOLLOWED THE COURSE INSTRUCTIONS
AND I AM UNABLE TO FIND IT ANYWHERE.

The last page of these trainings makes a misleading reference to the Human
Resources University (HRU) site as the place to obtain a certificate. Instead,
you will retrieve your certificate from your Completed section of your
transcript.

All fields will need to be filled to move forward. Kindly review all fields with
a red asterisk beside it. These will need to be corrected.


[SF-182] ALL SECTIONS HAVE BEEN FILLED, BUT IT STILL HAS NOT MOVED FORWARD.

Kindly ensure that the appropriate value has been entered in each field. Filling
a field that requires a numeric value with a non-numeric value will not
register. For example: In the Credit Hours field, entering N/A instead of 0 will
not register.
