I had a recall on my car that I needed to have checked out. I went to the dealer
I bought my car from but they advised the parts were on backorder and that was
that. I called up Rusty Wallis to see if they could look at my car and they told
me upfront they can and could either fix it or at least see if it needed another
part that was on order. Got an appointment the next day, a weekend at that! I
got there and got greeted and taken care of quickly. Got quoted an hour to look
everything over and it actually took alittle less than that. Turns out my car
was fine and didn't need anything adjusted with the recall but at least they
looked at it to confirm instead of turning me away like Lute Riley. The waiting
area was extremely nice, clean, and plenty of snacks, drinks, etc. All the staff
was extremely nice and friendly. I may end up switching dealerships. :) Thanks
again y'all!

Excellent service and very distinguished and fast staff at work. This is my
third visit for simple car maintenance. However, they are very nice at work and
dealing for an appointment and no delay in work. I highly recommend visiting

customer service. He followed up with me as he said he would. The work on my car
was completed in a timely manner. The service provided to me by all other
employees in the service department was excellent. I was very satisfied with the
work performed on my vehicle.
