Our move was almost a disaster, not of their making, but because in the middle of loading up we discovered that we had no place to unload. They treated us like family. Tami Hastings a month ago I never did get the guys names, but working with only 1 elevator at the assisted living we were moving my brother out of (they have 2, but they chose OUR moving day to shut one down), they got his stuff from the 3rd floor pretty quickly. The elevators move slow, anyway, and the 1 working one had to stop at ALL floors going up and down to haul residents. So frustrating.At his new place, their truck was too tall to go into the parking garage, and the freight elevator was way on the other side, so the guys worked their butts off going from the street to the elevator.But they got it done in about 3 hours. My brother didn't have a lot, enough for a studio apt, but those darn elevators at both places.......they made the job take a bit longer.Compared to other movers called, PNW's price was the best, by far!!And Lisa, who schedules the work, is great! These guys moved lightening fast but with precision in avoiding damage to our furniture and to the house itself. They negotiated steep stairways and sharp turns while carrying heavy weight and protecting our property. The worse item was an extremely heavy and awkward treadmill which they placed on the top floor. Nice respectful crew which we hope to meet again for another 16 ft pod in 2wks.
