Oops! The email you just responded to was a fake phishing email - in a real
attack situation, a dangerous link or attachment could have given hackers access
to your computer, compromised your company's network, or infected your system
with malicious software.

As a reminder, phishing attacks continues to be one of the top cyber risks
identified in CIB APAC. Successful phishing attempts enable cyber attackers to
gain unauthorized access to our network, internal systems or login credentials.
This can lead to significant impact to our business or operations, including
unavailability of systems, data loss, fraudulent payments, regulatory penalties
and reputational risks.

Tips to avoid getting hooked by phishing emails:

 * Beware of unsolicited email or sender that you are not familiar with
 * Be wary of emails that urge you to take immediate actions
 * Watch out for emails with improper grammar or spelling errors
 * Report any suspicious email when you are in doubt

Reporting suspicious emails

Reporting suspicious emails promptly not only helps you to check the legitimacy
of the email but also enables us to take the necessary actions to minimize the
impact of any real phishing attempts in a timely manner. You can report any
suspicious emails by simply clicking the “SpamAlerte” button as shown below. If
you cannot locate the button in your MS Outlook, please contact your local IT
helpdesk for assistance.
