OUR GROUP

The Brandtech Group is a marketing technology group that helps brands do their
marketing better, faster and cheaper using the latest technology

The Brandtech Group (formerly known as You & Mr Jones) was founded in June 2015


GROUP COMPANIES

Mofilm is a global community of over 10,000 filmmakers connected by technology
to create brilliant video content for the world’s leading brands.

Brandtech Consulting is our strategic practice. Comprising experts in
technology, purpose and innovation, it sits at the center of The Brandtech Group
and is a portal into the group.

55 is a global data company created by the former senior management team of
Google Southern Europe; it applies advanced data analytics and technology to
maximize marketing and commercial outcomes.

Mobkoi is a premium mobile marketing specialist. It works directly with
publishers to deliver tailor-made creative solutions into safe and select
environments.

Gravity Road is an award-winning digital innovation company. It brings together
marketing, entertainment and technology to create new types of metaverse-ready
content, which builds brands across evolving digital and virtual environments,
including gaming and esports worlds.

Oliver (part of Inside Ideas Group) is the pioneer and global leader in building
in-house digital marketing capabilities for brands.

Collectively is a leading full-service technology and data-driven influencer
marketing platform that enables brand-safe scaling of influencer marketing
programs globally.

Brandtech Media is a disruptive new global media operation, built around
in-housing, rooted in technology and founded on transparency. It brings together
content, commerce and community in a new integrated model that puts clients'
interests first.

Brandtech Commerce enables brands to take control of their e-commerce and social
commerce using technology and in-housing. Its capabilities are end-to-end, from
strategy to operations, and across all major marketplaces.

DP6 is a LatAm-based data analytics and marketing science specialist that
leverages technology and human/artificial intelligence to enhance brands'
business performance.

Acorn-i is an e-commerce technology and services platform that helps brands and
sellers grow and scale their business across all channels, both
direct-to-consumer and major digital marketplaces.

€50m+ of new business opportunities in the areas of big data, IOT, digital and
sustainability.

operations. Emma’s background is in brand strategy and she previously served as

Jean-Marc is Founding Partner and our Global CFO. He drives the profitable
growth of the group. Prior to his role at The Brandtech Group, Jean-Marc was
Global CFO at Havas, the $2.4 billion revenue marketing and advertising holding
company. He is based in Paris.

Julie specializes in digital transformation, omnichannel and direct-to-consumer
strategy, primarily in the beauty and luxury sectors. She works with our clients
to design future-proof brand ecosystems and growth-hacking programs, building
synergies across group companies. After 10 years in New York, she is now based
in Paris.

Ron is based in San Francisco and has managed our Brandtech Ventures investment
activity since the founding of the group. He is an entrepreneur and start-up
advisor, and prior to joining The Brandtech Group, founded and led through IPO,
Nuance Communications, the global leader in speech recognition and related
technologies.

She came to the group from the NBA and her Human Resources expertise spans

Daniel leads global group clients to create and deliver integrated brandtech
solutions for their businesses. He has more than 20 years' experience, leads our
gaming capability, and prior to joining the group ran Havas UK. Daniel has been
involved in our purpose beyond profit, the youth leadership charity One Young
World, since its inception.

Karima joined group leadership in January 2021, having spent 18 months as Deputy
Group CFO. A background in audit and transactions at PwC, internal audit for
Etam, Richemont and Publicis, as well as four languages spoken, give Karima the
expertise to lead, alongside our global CFO, The Brandtech Group to the next
level in terms of financial controls.

As well as his group leadership role, George is cofounder of Brandtech
Consulting, our strategic and creative consultancy. Prior to joining in 2015,
George was Global Executive Creative Director at R/GA, and before that led

André is Paris-based and responsible for group M&A. Before The Brandtech Group,
he served as Regional CFO for Havas in Brussels, Buenos Aires, Madrid, New York,
London and Hong Kong, as Head of M&A for Havas, and as Global CFO for Publicis
Worldwide. André’s career has seen him make more than 120 majority stake deals
across all global markets.

Rebecca is based in London and is primarily focused on group growth and synergy,
across the technology and automotive sectors. She also brings considerable
experience in the development of innovative brand content creation models,

Annette brings more than 20 years experience to her role at The Brandtech Group.
Previously she held roles at Havas including CMO, Chief of Staff/NY, Chief

investments, start-ups and integration.

Will is The Brandtech Group’s Chief Technology Officer. Co-founder and CTO of
verification technology firm Integral Ad Science (Nasdaq: IAS), and founder and
CEO of Amino Payments, he has spent his career innovating to make the digital
ecosystem more transparent, safe, and cost-effective. Will is accelerating our
tech roadmap and evolving our in-house operating system that enables clients to
connect to our companies.

Betty is The Brandtech Group’s General Counsel. Previously Partner at an
international law firm, Betty brings over 20 years’ experience advising both
public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, and financings.

experienced in the full range of corporate legal projects for high-growth
technology companies.

Nick is founding partner of Brandtech Media, which creates in-house solutions
for clients that make media better, faster, cheaper and more inventive. He
believes media is a force for good, a force for change, and is the most
fantastic and creative business to be in. Nick has launched two global media
networks, Mindshare, where he was the global CEO, and The Network.

Linsey is our Chief Growth Officer, helping brands leverage solutions across The
Brandtech Group to drive their growth - which in turn drives our own. Her
cross-industry experience encompasses media, content and data as well as

Virginie leads The Brandtech Group’s e-commerce practice, and is focused on
enabling brands to in-house e-commerce operations end-to-end, and across all
major marketplaces. She brings her experience as a seven-year senior Amazon
exec, who, as Head of Global Agency Partnerships, created and led the global
partnership team at the world’s number one online retailer.
