company. Operating under the brands Tax1099 and Compliancely, our 10+ years of
experience powers more than 100,000+ businesses nationwide. Each year, we
digitally process millions of informational returns and other compliance data.
Our solutions are for anyone from the smallest businesses to the largest
corporations.

In 2009, we developed and launched our first cloud-based excise tax filing
software, ez2290.com as a bootstrapped startup product. Zenwork firmly believes

 * Zenwork’s Tax1099 offers banks and brokerages easy imports through Excel.
   eFiling forms 1099-B, 1099-DIV, and 1099-INT isn’t taxing with Tax1099.
   Form 1099-B: A broker or barter exchange reports proceeds from transactions,
   such as regulated contracts, sale of stock, and exchange of property or
   services, on this form.
   Form 1099-DIV: Banks and brokerages report dividend income and distributions
   through form 1099-DIV. An example of a qualifying distribution is capital
   gains from a mutual fund.
   Form 1099-INT: This form allows banks and brokerages to report interest
   earned to the IRS. Interest can be earned through savings, for example.

   
   

 * Zenwork’s Tax1099 enables legal groups to report payments and proceeds from
   other transactions to vendors. Information is saved in Tax1099 for future
   ease of eFiling.
   Form 1099-S: Legal groups involved in real estate transactions file this form
   to report transactions resulting from any exchange of land.

   
   

 * Zenwork’s Tax1099 platform includes Form 1095, for Affordable Care Act (ACA)
   reporting. Users rely on Tax1099’s up-to-date knowledge to stay in
   compliance.
   Form 1095-B/1095-C: Insurance providers may be responsible for filing these
   forms, and for informing the insured of the report. To determine whether you
   are responsible for filing this form, visit Tax1099.

   
   

 * Zenwork’s Tax1099 platform is perfectly suited to universities with 1099-MISC
   and 1098-T forms to file. Universities upload their information through an
   Excel template. Some universities use Zenwork’s eFile Assist, a full-service
   outsourcing option.
   Form 1099-MISC: this form is used primarily to report payments to
   vendors/contractors. Universities often use Box 7 to report Nonemployee
   Compensation.
   Form 1098-T: Eligible educational institutions file this form for each
   student enrolled in their institutions, if a reportable transaction is made.
   This form is also used to report tuition reimbursements, refunds, or related
   expenses.
