In July, my husband and I came to Buffalo to visit our daughter who’s currently
in Graduate school. One of our goals while there was to buy her a car. After
visiting several dealerships we decided to pay a visit to a Paddock Chevrolet
because we owned a Chevy before and it was very reliable. We were met by Sales
representative Sean Hennessy who was extremely friendly and a pleasure to work
with. We then met with Todd Skinner who was also very nice during the car buying
process. Then, we worked with Alissa Miller regarding insurance and plates and
she was very patient and kind. Of all the car buying I’ve done in my 30 plus
years, this was by far the smoothest and least stressful experience I’ve ever
had. After leaving the dealership my husband and I were not a quarter of a mile
away when our tire blew out. After having issues changing the flat, I called
Todd Skinner. He showed up alongside Sean Hennessy to help and neither left
until we had everything fixed. (Mind you, the flat tire wasn’t even on the car
we purchased from them!)These guys are a true blessing and we are so grateful to
have come into contact with such kind people. I wish there was a Paddock
Chevrolet in New York City!

Worked with Used Vehicle Sales Consultant Joseph Miller, he met me right off
with a great attitude, very ambitious, and very understanding. Went over the
vehicle, and when it came time for numbers, presented the initial offers. I then
expressed the type of deal I wanted and the flexibility I had, and Joseph was
able to make it happen. He didn't pitch anything I didn't ask for, answered any
questions I had, and was overall extremely helpful and geared to make a sale
without scamming. Straightforward and honest. Was worth the drive across state
to work with.

I just purchased a used Chevy Tahoe from Paddock Chevrolet and it was the best
car buying experience I have had. My sales representative Sean Hennessey was
down to earth, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, not pushy. I began
my search for a used tahoe in March, finally found the perfect one at Paddock in
September. Though I live in Rochester, I am now 100% positive that Paddock Chevy
in Kenmore is the best chevrolet dealership, and as my husband is a GM retiree
and drives nothing but Silverado's since 1999, we have purchased from a few
chevy dealers. Our number one Chevy Dealer is now Paddock! If you want down to

I didn't actually go to purchase a truck I actually just went to compare since I
had already found a vehicle at another dealer. Joe Miller showed me some trucks,
and I was very comfortable with his relaxed Style. He was very straightforward
and very knowledgeable. I met briefly with Scott Delaney he was just as
straightforward and knowledgeable. Going over financing with William Hannon was
seamless and buying the extended warranty which usually puts me into a panic
couldn't have been easier as they show you a list of things that the warranty
does not cover tires rust Etc everything else is covered! Could not be happier
with Paddock Chevrolet!!!
