NEW FMCSA REQUIREMENTS:

 * Mandatory Drug Testing Clearinghouse registration for companies and drivers
 * Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) now applies to persons obtaining a CDL for
   the first time, upgrading a current CDL, or adding an endorsement (This is a
   strict and very detailed new requirement)
 * New definitions for what constitutes an FMCSA “recordable accident”
