267 (Racing.com) on the World Wide Web (WWW).
Racing.com also operates a mobile phone application (Racing.com App). These
Terms of Access also apply to the Racing.com App and any reference to the
Website in the Terms and Conditions below shall be deemed to also be a reference
to the Racing.com App.

The Website is available for you to access and use conditional on your
acceptance without alteration of the terms and conditions set out below. By
continuing to access and use the Website you are agreeing to the terms and

Website.
2 Posting of User Content to the Website
Racing.com offers you the opportunity to submit your own personal contributions
to the Website, which may comprise you posting photographs, video footage or
written commentary (User Content).
(a) In the event that you post any User Content to the Website, the following
conditions will apply:
1. User Content must be your own work and must not include any material which
is the copyright of another or infringes the intellectual property rights of
another;

Racing.com for the losses, damages and costs it occurs as a result of your

Racing Victoria Limited may gather and process the information you provide when
subscribing to watch live vision or receive communications. Any information
