ICR SURVEYS PRIVACY NOTICE

Welcome to ICR's Privacy Notice ("Notice"). This Notice is intended to provide
you information on how your personal information is being collected and
processed. If you are a California consumer our California-Specific Privacy
Notice Supplement ("CA Supplement") also applies to you, in addition to this
Notice.

We keep our Notice and CA Supplement under regular review, so we may change it
from time to time. In this case, we will update this webpage. In case we are
required to do so by law, we will seek your consent to any material changes we
made in our Notice. You should periodically check this website for updates. You
should not use our services if you disagree with this Notice.

1. DEFINITIONS: 

‍For the purposes of this Privacy Notice:

 * “CCPA” refers to the California Consumer Privacy Act.

1. Active Submission

with our Services. You actively submit your personal information to us when you:

 * Request customer or technical support from us; or

 * Otherwise submit personal information to us via the Services.

We collect the following types of personal information that you actively submit:

 * Certain information relating to your profession; and

 * Any other personal information you actively submit to us.

alteration, and destruction. While we have made substantial efforts to create a
secure and reliable site for users, the confidentiality or accuracy of any
information transmitted to or from us via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. The
security of the information you transmit via the Internet are your
responsibilities. It is also your responsibility to notify us immediately by
emailing privacy@icrsurveys.com if you ever suspect that your login information
has been compromised. 

6. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCURACY AND ACCESS RIGHTS

Under certain situations, you may have privacy-related rights under applicable
laws in relation to your personal information. If you wish to exercise those
rights, you can contact us at privacy@icrsurveys.com.You can unsubscribe from
receiving our emails at any time using the link provided in our communications
or by sending a request by emailing privacy@icrsurveys.com.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

‍We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, or market the
Services or any goods or services to children.



CCPA SUPPLEMENTAL STATEMENT FOR RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA

8. ‍CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED AND PROCESSED

‍Over the past 12 months, we collected and processed the following categories of
California residents’ personal information:

 * Identifiers such as a real name, postal address, unique personal identifier,
   online identifier, IP address, email address or other similar identifiers;

 * Any categories of personal information described in subdivision (e) of
   Section 1798.80, including, but not limited to, names, addresses, telephone
   numbers, levels of education, employment information, and employment
   histories;

 * nternet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not
   limited to, search history, and information regarding a California resident’s
   interaction with an website, application, or advertisement;

 * Electronic or similar information; and

 * Inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this subdivision
   to create a profile about a California resident reflecting their preferences
   or characteristics.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

‍If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:

 * Right to know: It is your right to request that we inform you of what
   personal information we have collected or used  about you. If you wish to
   exercise your right to know, please submit an email request to
   privacy@icrsurveys.com and include “California Request to Know” in the
   subject line.

 * Right to request deletion of personal information: It is your right to
   request that we delete the personal information that we have collected from
   you. To submit a request to delete personal information, please submit an
   email request to privacy@icrsurveys.com or mail a written request to 353 West
   48th Street, 4th Floor Unit #283 New York, NY 10036 and include “California
   Request to Delete” in the subject line. Please specify in your request the
   personal information about you that you would like to have deleted, which can
   be all of the personal information we have collected from you as required by
   the CCPA.

 * Right to opt out of sale of personal information: It is your right to opt out
   of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your personal
   information.

 * Right to non-discrimination: We may not discriminate against you for
   exercising any of your rights under the CCPA. 

To exercise any of the above rights, we may ask you to provide certain
information to verify your identity.. The information that we ask you to provide
to verify your identity will depend on your prior interactions with us and the
sensitivity of the personal information at issue. We will respond to your
request in accordance with the CCPA. 

10. SALE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION; NO SALE

‍We do not sell California residents’ personal information. We do not have
actual knowledge that we sell the personal information of minors under 16 years
of age.
