fully engineered product — raising the bar for what a home can be. On the Cover
team, you’ll have a direct hand in creating the homes millions will one day live

There’s a shortage of 5 million homes in the USA, and the problem is getting
worse because of an aging construction workforce and declining productivity.
We’re directly tackling this by developing the first custom home building system
that can scale to solve the housing crisis, so homes are affordable, abundant,
and inspiring.


SUSTAINABLE BY DESIGN

Home building and operation is responsible for 26% of global greenhouse gas
emissions — we need to do better. Cover does more with less material, while also
applying great engineering to homes so that they consume a fraction of the

talent with diverse experience including from architecture, construction,
software, consumer hardware, automotive, and aerospace backgrounds. We’re
optimizing every step of the home building process — from design and permitting,
to manufacturing and installation. We work collaboratively and intensely while
expecting a high degree of autonomy from everyone.

the industrial area of Gardena. 15 minutes south of Downtown LA, 15 minutes east
of LAX, 20 minutes from the beach, and 5 minutes from great Asian, Mexican, and
Italian food.
