While there are a vast amount of personal trainers, fitness influencers and

your health and wellness goals. My expert guidance in women’s health as it
relates to weight loss, muscle building, and nutrition, will provide support,

Before moving to Houston, Tx where I began my career, I proudly lived in
Chicago, IL where I was born and raised. Health and fitness first inspired me at
early age. Long before I fully comprehended the advantages of an active
lifestyle and balanced meals. As a highly competitive, sport-driven kid, my
interest in athletics blossomed into helping others achieve their own health and
body goals. Coming from a family history of diabetes and having concerns about
potential health predispositions, I felt compelled to embrace a physically
active and health-conscious way of living. My passion to live this way became
purpose throughout my college career as a Track & Field athlete. Subsequently, I
graduated from Western Illinois University, with a Bachelor's of Science in
Biology and pursued a dual profession in healthcare and personal training. Over
the years, I honed my skills and expertise, specializing in resistance training,
corrective exercise, weight loss and nutrition coaching. As a woman, I
understand the unique challenges and changes that can impact our physical,
mental, and emotional well-being as we navigate through different stages of
life. Drawing on my own experiences, including competing as a bodybuilder, I
recognize the dedication and hard work required to maintain and achieve specific
fitness goals. Throughout my personal journey, I have witnessed the profound
impact of diet and exercise, in my own life and within the communities I serve.
This insight has inspired me to create fitness and nutrition programs,
specifically designed to address the unique needs of women, offering effective
and easily accessible solutions.
