Napa Valley is now a wellness recreation destination, and hikes are quickly
becoming the most popular way to explore the valley. It's easy to see why when
you combine wellness, wine and views to create the ultimate wine country
tours. As the valley peaked in the early 90's with grape vine plantings, setting
aside un-plantable land to be conserved for recreation use became common. Over
the years various trails have been created, and hidden features discovered.
