for a Head of Product Design to join our team. This role will be pivotal in
shaping the evolution of our product, helping us deliver a unique experience to
customers in a category that is ripe for innovation.

 

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?

This role is responsible for leading the design of our core product interfaces
to build an experience that no traveler will forget. Here’s what you can expect:

 * You develop, align and communicate the product design strategy,  defining
   goals and KPIs to measure success
 * You work cross-functionally with teams from Product Management, Engineering
   and Data to bring the product vision to life, implementing a digital customer
   journey across multiple product touchpoints
 * You engage with customer research to understand needs and pain points and
   apply learnings to improve the customer experience. 
 * You leverage AI to build an exceptional user experience 
 * You lead and coach a team of Product Designers and provide quality control
   over ideas and execution

 

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

 * Proven product design skills with experience in UX, UI and web
 * Experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of coaching design
   teams
 * Experience with B2C products
 * Fluent in English. German or French is a plus

In addition, here are the skills we are looking for:

   to develop. You keep your team and stakeholders informed, aligned, and
   inspired on the journey. 
 * Customer obsessed: You immerse yourself in data, research and industry
   trends. Your combination of customer empathy and product understanding
   creates an experience that delights our customers.
 * Hands-on operator: You leverage your knowledge and experience to help your
   team deliver high quality work. You keep your team organized and focused, by
   planning, delegating and following. You stay close to the details, and know
   when to jump in and get your hands dirty, and when to step back.
