How does "WORK On Demand" work?
WORK On-Demand is a monthly subscription to our entire video workout library.
You can sign up for the month and cancel anytime, or purchase a one year
subscription at a monthly discount. Pick and choose the workouts you want to do
by following a specific program, or choose by equipment you have that day or
body part you want to work.
How do I know if this is the best training option for me?
WORK On-Demand is your plan if you are limited on time to workout, want a more
affordable way to train, are traveling and have limited equipment, or just can’t
seem to make any of our in-studio or livestream classes work with your
schedule. 
What equipment do I need?
The equipment you need depends on the workout. You can choose from bodyweight,
dumbbells only, suspension trainer, mini bands, and resistance bands. We
recommend having some equipment at home in order to get the most out of your
workouts. Mini bands, light and medium dumbbells or resistance bands, and a mat.

Are there beginner workouts?
There are no levels for our workouts, all are welcome! In each video there is a
trainer and a model. The trainer will have the model do the basic move, then
give options for beginner and advanced levels so you can challenge yourself to
your ability.
