     Overall the facility is very clean, but my bathroom floor needed to be
     mopped. Bed is extremely comfortable and I slept well. I dined at Mesa
     Mezcal several times during my stay. The food was good. Service was
     mediocre and wait staff was not very attentive. Front desk staff was also
     mediocre. I expect a higher level of service all around from a Westin. The
     fitness center is underwhelming and tiny.

         apologies for the housekeeping issues you encountered with our
         bathroom. Maintaining invigorating and refreshing accommodations is a
         top priority for us, and we are disappointed this was not your
         experience. We have escalated these concerns to the appropriate
         individuals to ensure these are not repeated in the future.
         
         We are also sorry for the unsatisfactory service you received from our
         associates and the inconvenience this caused. We strive to provide

     GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
     
     The staff was friendly and helpful. Every staff member we encountered
     smiled, said hello and made sure to ask if there was anything they could do
     for us. Great service. The rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.
     There is plenty to do at the hotel but there is also plenty of restaurants
     and bars within walking distance. Parking was easy and frustration free. I
     will definitely chose Westin every time I visit Irving.

     SLIGHTLY ABOVE AVERAGE BUT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
     
     Good points:
     
     1. Check-in was fast (once I found my way).
     2. Room was clean.
     3. Bed was comfortable.
     4. Nice spot for taking your dog to relieve themselves with waste bags and
     receptacle.
     5. Well lit at night.
     6. A/C in room worked well and wasn't noisy.
     
     Items that need improvement:
     
     1. Water pressure was really terrible in sink and shower.
     2. Parking is a ridiculously overcomplicated process, confusing upon
     arrival, and too far from the main part of the hotel. Put up some signs at
     least and don't require QR to get into the garage upon arrival.
     3. Not easy to transport luggage from parking garage to room. No carts, no
     luggage attendants by garage for those who don't want to valet. Why not
     have a luggage concierge indoors by the garage elevator?
     4. I don't like the shared communal shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the
     shower. How do I know it wasn't tampered with by a previous guest? Bring
     back individual bottles!
     5. Room service disturbed us very early one morning trying to deliver an
     order when we did not order room service. Not even sure how that gets mixed
     up, but should not happen.
     6. Valet guys are rude, don't welcome guests or acknowledge them when they
     are addressed. Though I did not utilize the valet, I did enter that door on
     arrival, and a friendly greeting instead of staring at me with a blank look
     would have been appreciated. I also said "good morning" to a group of 3
     valet on departure and they just turned their backs to me to chit chat with
     each other. Rude!
     
     Fix the issues and this hotel would be 5 stars. A special shout out to the
     luggage handler bell hop guy at the front area that helped me out when I
     arrived. I was flustered and confused because of the garage situation and
     he was friendly and accommodating. Maybe have him train the valets in how
     to behave politely with guests.

     GREAT PLACE TO COMBINE WORK AND LEISURE
     
     I just added this Westin to my list of top 10 hotels I've been to. From the
     staff to the facilities, the amenities, and the food, everything was on
     point. Except for one thing: access to the room floors, which I reserve the
     details for the hotel management.
     
     My room was spacious, neat, and a haven when I needed to retreat for quiet
     moments.
     
     Demi A. and her front-desk collaborators were instrumental in making my
     stay worthwhile, providing tips and suggestions to navigate around the
     neighborhood.
     
     If I could extend my stay, I would.
