NOTICE: COVID-19
Municipal Administration Office - COVID-19

The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio continues to monitor the Provincial COVID-19
guidelines in keeping Ontarians safe and protected. The health and safety of our
citizens, employees and our community is our top priority.

The province's three-step plan to safely and gradually lift public health
measures based on ongoing process of provincewide vaccination rates and
improvements of key public health.

Effective July 16, 2021, the Province has entered into Step 3 of the roadmap.

As of July 16, 2021, the Township will resume in-person service at the Township
Office Centre, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. to support the public
requiring in-person transactions. Public access will be restricted to the public
service area, public washrooms and Public Room via the Administration Centre's
front entrance. Safety measures are in place to ensure the safety of both staff
and the public.

Guests are reminded to adhere to safety precautions when visiting the Township
Office, including wearing a face covering at all times when in common areas
inside the building and exercising proper hand sanitization.

For access to staff other than the customer service windows, appointments may be
made directly with members of Township staff. Please contact the office for more
details.

We continue to offer no-touch payment and service options via our secure drop
box located out front of the Municipal Office, virtual and phone meetings, as
well as online payments for Property Taxes, Water/Sewer, Dog Tag purchases, Burn
Permits and Parking Tickets.
