EXECUTIVE BIOS

JACK C. CORNACHIO, CPM®

CEO of Midwest Realty Advisors

Jack is the founder of Midwest Realty Advisors and all of its affiliates. With
nearly thirty years of real estate experience, he is responsible for the
strategic vision and overall general growth strategy of the companies and
oversees the delivery of its client services. He is a licensed real estate
broker and serves as the company’s Broker in Charge and is its managing member.

Mr. Cornachio is an experience real estate broker and manager. He was a former
partner at one of the country’s largest tax credit syndicator and property
management firm headquartered in Boston Mass and was awarded their 1999
Corporate Leadership Award for leadership excellence. He is qualified to manage
and sell virtually every real estate asset class a client may have or need. His
experience includes managing commercial office properties, shopping centers,
power centers, strip centers, multifamily apartment communities, condominium and
homeowner associations as well as scattered single family home sites. He has
served as a court appointed receiver countless times in the last several years,
engaging this firms resources to manage, sell, oversee and report on property
specific results.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree Psychology from Cleveland State
University and obtained his Certified Property Manager designation from the
Institute of Real Estate Management. Jack honorably served in the United States
Marine Corp and was assigned to guard a former president at the presidential
retreat at Camp David Maryland.

Jack is Past President of the Northern Ohio Chapter 41 of the Institute of Real
Estate Management. He is a member of the Lake and Geauga Area Association of
Realtors and a member of the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association.

 

DAWN M. DAWSON

President

Dawn has spent her entire 30+ year career in the areas of accounting, finance
and management. She has developed uncanny business acumen by personally
performing such critical functions as payroll, accounts payable, benefits and
taxes, general ledger maintenance, cash flow and debt service. Her experience
makes her an effective coach to her staff and she is the first to lend a hand
when needed.

Dawn has earned a stellar reputation for handling financial and management
responsibilities at the highest level of an organization. She also understands
the power and organizational importance of information. She is very
approachable, open to new ideas and is a great listener; while at the same time
will be a direct and thorough communicator as the situation dictates. Dawn
pushes herself to always maintain a keen sense of urgency and believes it is
important to “get the job done right, the first time.” Dawn is the epitome of a
team player and is one of those special people that understands and is willing
to do what it takes to make a business go and grow.

Dawn and her husband Bob have three grown children and live in Perry Township in
a home they built together. They love hosting holiday events, spending time with
their family and friends and traveling, especially their annual vacation to Walt
Disney World.

HOWARD DAVIS

Howard Davis graduated from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in
psychology. He attended Cleveland State University where he received Teacher’s
Certification and a master’s degree in Educational Administration. Before
entering the world of real estate management, Howard started and successfully
operated downtown Cleveland’s first private day care center.

For the past 25 years, Howard has served in supervisory and executive positions
in the residential property field. He has been involved with conventional and
subsidized, multi-housing communities, with substantial experience in Section 8,
LIHTC, 242 and senior properties. Howard oversaw the construction and lease up
of two luxury apartment complexes as well as the $36 million tax credit
conversion of an abandoned school building. Howard has taught the deferred
maintenance module of NOAA’s Certified Apartment Manager’s course and has served
on real estate panels for classes at Cleveland State University.
