Onsite Service call*:
$99 Service call fee and $50.00 hourly rate

With a minimum of a 1 hour fee.  Billed in 30 minute increments after that.

 

All of our Services are included in this price, no nickel and diming you for
individual services.  Emergency service is also included in our fees.

 

Remote Support Packages:

 

$99.00 for a One Time remote service fee.

$150.00 a Month for Unlimited support for 1 PC *1 month free when purchased
annually

$300.00 a Month for Unlimited remote support for up to 10 pc's *1 month free
when purchased annually
