If you have not provided an updated email address, it important that you do so
in order for you to gain access. Please email us at
customerservice@tristatecredit.net from your current email address listing your
account number in the Subject line. In the body of your email please include
your name, vehicle information (i.e. 2004 Toyota Corolla) and the last 4 digits
of your VIN (this can be found on your vehicle registration or insurance card)
in order to verify your identity.

Please allow up to 24 hours during normal business hours to update your email
information before trying to access the portal.

WITH THIS UPGRADE, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Payments will post to your account the same day.

You will have 24 hour access to account information including payment history,
current balance due, pay off and have the ability to update your insurance
information.

 * You can make online payments 24 hours a day – We accept Visa, MasterCard,
   Discover and American Express. All online payments will be subject to a
   convenience fee. (Convenience fee will total the greater of $5.95 or 1.25% of
   the total transaction.)
 * If you previously enrolled in AutoPay you will need to re-enroll in Automatic
   Payments in the new customer portal.
 * Online payment via ACH & Echeck will no longer be available.
 * 24 Hour Pay by phone will no longer be available. You can make a payment
   during normal business hours by telephone with one of our agents (a
   convenience fee will apply).
