JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR ROLE

The Catholic Mission and Identity (CMI) Team works in partnership with school
leaders, teachers and parents to support Catholic schools within the Archdiocese
of Melbourne to offer rich, deep and varied learning experiences that enable the
faith formation of all members of the school community.

The Administrative Assistant will provide timely, high level administrative
assistance to support the Catholic Mission and Identity team.  This role will
prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for meetings, including
updating and managing of online resources and communication.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 * Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining multiple
   spreadsheets/databases for the recording and reporting of information.
 * Support finance procedures through coordinating eReqs for the CMI team and
   liaising with the Finance team.
 * Provide support and shared leadership in event-planning for CMI activities.
 * Work closely with various suppliers for resources/services.

ABOUT YOU

 * Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate
   effectively at all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
 * High level experience using Microsoft Software packages.
 * You possess an authentic and professional approach, have exceptional
   stakeholder management skills and like to be part of a team with a focus on
   continued improvement to deliver positive outcomes.
 * Strong written communication and time management skills.

Salary range for this position is $65,891 (Level 2, Subdivision 3) per annum
exclusive of superannuation as specified in the Victorian Catholic Education
Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018.
