Founded in 1979, McGrath is a diversified business-to-business rental company
that rents and sells relocatable modular buildings, storage containers and
offices, and electronic test equipment. We operate through five divisions:
Mobile Modular, Mobile Modular Portable Storage, TRS-RenTelco, KitchensToGo and
Enviroplex.

McGrath is headquartered in Livermore, CA with branch offices located throughout

SUSTAINABILITY

Wherever possible, the products, services, and practices of McGrath companies
are designed to promote the goals of environmental stewardship and
sustainability. From our corporate recycling program to our policy of printing
marketing collateral on recycled paper, we continually search for new and
innovative ways to shrink our ecological footprint.

Through our Mobile Modular division, our modular space solutions incorporate
many of the most respected sustainability design features available today,
including:


 * High-efficiency HVAC and energy systems. By employing today’s latest
   innovations in energy-saving technologies and systems, our building products
   save money while helping our customers reduce their impact on the planet’s
   limited energy resources.
 * Recycled and recyclable construction materials. Wherever possible, our
   modular building products rely upon recycled building materials, as well as
   construction components that can be further recycled once the buildings are
   no longer in service.
 * Efficient land use features. Designed to sit low to the ground and to be
   side-by-side stackable, our modular buildings are designed to make optimal
   and responsible use of limited available land, which reduces the need to
   clear larger lots for building placements.
 * Cool roofs, skylights and “green” plumbing. Wherever possible, our building
   products make good use of natural light, green plumbing systems, and the
   sun’s heat to reduce the building’s ecological impact and energy usage.
 * “Built to last” design and construction. Our relocatable work spaces are
   designed and fabricated to provide faithful, efficient service over long
   product lifespans. Many of our building systems are built to last for
   decades.
   

Our TRS-RenTelco division, in its daily business of supplying electronic test
equipment solutions, has incorporated several innovative sustainability programs
into its regular operations, including:

 * Comprehensive materials recycling. In addition to recycling all of its
   cardboard, batteries and unserviceable electronic waste, TRS-RenTelco
   participates in a sustainability program that includes recovering and
   recycling all materials used to pack delicate electronics. Custom-molded
   Instapak foam inserts are used for all component shipping, and when recovered
   from the customer, these inserts are then recycled for energy production use
   in municipal power plants. Significantly reducing waste, these programs have
   also dramatically reduced power consumption throughout TRS-RenTelco
   operations.
 * Energy-efficiency programs. TRS-RenTelco operations include the latest
   energy-efficiency and power waste-reduction programs available. In addition
   to the significant reductions in energy use associated with its many
   recycling programs, TRS-RenTelco’s reliance on high-efficiency HVAC control
   systems and programmable thermostats help contribute to reducing the
   division’s carbon footprint and ecological impact.

COMMUNITY

From affordable housing initiatives to local charity efforts, at McGrath, we
believe that lasting social impact is achieved only through individual
contribution at the local level. By empowering our employees to get involved and
make a difference, we work to create a better society for us all.

At McGrath our employees are your most valuable resource. When Hurricanes Harvey
and Irma struck, many were faced with incredible hardships. The McGrath Cares
fund shows how much we value our employees. In October 2017, our staff raised
$80,000 to provide support and a sense of hope to families working to rebuild
their lives in the aftermath of these natural disasters.


Employees of McGrath are actively encouraged to become involved in their local
communities through volunteer service to charitable, civic and public service
organizations, as well as through participation in the political process and

Since our founding in 1979, McGrath has expanded significantly into new markets
and geographies, while remaining true to our core specialty,
business-to-business rentals.

This year, we celebrate our 40th Anniversary. As we briefly pause to reflect on

1979


MCGRATH WAS FOUNDED

McGrath was founded by Bob McGrath in March in a small two-acre inventory center
in San Leandro, California; his goal was to hire good employees, provide a
supportive and friendly work environment, and instill integrity into all
transactions.

1980


MOBILE MODULAR EXPANDS TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Mobile Modular expanded by opening a Southern California in January.

1982


ACQUIRED 300 BUILDING FLEET

Acquired fleet of about 300 modular buildings in March from Pacific Building
Systems in Southern California and Houston, Texas. Opened Houston office. Bought
Mobile Facilities Leasing in November, adding about 650 modular buildings.

1984


MCGRATH BECOMES PUBLICLY TRADED

McGrath became a publicly traded company in May (NASDAQ: MGRC) in order to
finance our entry into the electronic test equipment rental business. Initial
stock price: $6.00 per share.

1986


PURCHASED SPACE COMPANY

Purchased Space Company, adding about 1,600 modular buildings; completed a
secondary stock offering at $14.00 per share. We have split the stock several
times since then.

1990s


ACQUIRED RENTELCO & ENVIROPLEX

Began an initiative to purchase the land that we use for our modular locations,
acquiring 90 acres in Mira Loma, 50 acres in Houston and 137.5 acres in
Livermore. Acquired majority interest in Enviroplex and expanded our electronic
division by acquiring RenTelco in Dallas.

2004


EXPANDED TRS-RENTELCO & MOBILE MODULAR FLORIDA BRANCH

Expanded our electronic division with the acquisition of Technology Rental &
Services (TRS), and combined these divisions into TRS-RenTelco. Purchased 60
acres in Florida for Mobile Modular division expansion into that market.

2008


ACQUIRED ADLER TANK RENTALS

Began renting environmental test equipment as TRS-Environmental and acquired
Adler Tank Rentals with locations in Newark, New Jersey; Auburn, Massachusetts;
Deer Park, Texas; and several smaller locations. Also launched Mobile Modular
Portable Storage.

2012


CONTINUED EXPANSION

Adler Tank Rentals expands operations throughout the West Coast, Mobile Modular
Portable Storage opens new branches in Texas and Florida.

2014


ECO-FRIENDLY CLASSROOM

Mobile Modular in Florida introduces the Campus Maker Eco classroom. Designed to
provide students and teachers a superior learning environment, while also
delivering energy and efficiency.

2016


COMPANY INCREASES SHAREHOLDER DIVIDEND FOR 25TH STRAIGHT YEAR. REACHES 1,000
EMPLOYEES. INTRODUCES ENVIROPLEX'S DAYLIGHT CLASSROOM

In 2016, McGrath became one of an elite group of well-managed companies that
have consistently been in the financial position to raise their dividend to
shareholders every year for over a quarter-century; Nasdaq: MGRC annual dividend
increases continue.

Enviroplex introduced its innovative new high-performance daylight classroom
product offering with a popular modern and sophisticated design.


2019


MCGRATH CELEBRATES 40TH ANNIVERSARY AND 35TH YEAR AS A PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY.
RINGS CLOSING BELL AT NASDAQ



McGrath’s President and CEO, together with members of the Company’s leadership
team, rang the Nasdaq closing bell August 5th to celebrate these milestones; it
was an honor to represent all our employees and recognize all our investors and
customers. We look forward to delivering exceptional experiences and performance

ACQUIRED KITCHENS-TO-GO

Acquired Kitchens-To-Go, a nationwide provider of temporary and customized
permanent foodservice facilities. With this acquisition, Mobile Modular has
expanded their capabilities to serve customers in all major industries that need
food service capabilities during expansions, renovations, new construction and
disaster recovery.

2021


ACQUIRED DESIGN SPACE MODULAR SOLUTIONS

Acquired the leading modular building and portable storageprovider in the
Western U.S. and its network of 15 branches and over 100employees serves diverse
end markets, including construction, government,education and commercial.

2022


MCGRATH LAUNCHED A NEW BRAND IDENTITY THAT COMMUNICATES OUR VISION FOR THE
FUTURE WHILE PAYING HOMAGE TO OUR PAST

The new logo of repeating "Ms" reflects our strategic priorities and growth
opportunities while reinforcing our core values. McGrath also introduced a new
tagline: Enabling our customers to do great things™. We believe our new tagline
reinforces McGrath's customer-centric approach and the small, but vitally
important role we play in contributing to our customers' success.

2023


DIVESTED ADLER TANK RENTALS

In February 2023 McGrath RentCorp (MGRC) divested Adler Tank Rentals to focus on
its core of modular construction and rentals business.

2023


ACQUIRED VESTA MODULAR

In February 2023 McGrath RentCorp (MGRC) announced the acquisition of Vesta
Modular and expanded Mobile Modular's portfolio of modular solutions, locations
and turnkey services.
