WELCOME

Umpqua Basin Water Association, Inc is a private non-profit member based water
district. It began in 1965 and is located in Douglas County, Oregon. UBWA serves
the rural portion of Roseburg and parts of the UGB (Urban Growth Boundary) . We
cover 100 square miles of area and currently have over 280 miles of water
pipeline in the ground. The Association serves a population of about 9,399
people with over 3639 connections.

The water source for Umpqua Basin Water is the North Umpqua River which is one
of the premier sources of surface waters in the State of Oregon. 

This web site was put together so that you as a member or as a potential member
will be able to access information and answer all of your questions without
leaving your home. If we have missed anything or you still have questions, then
click on the link “Contact Us” and you will be taken to the page that will
display the phone numbers and email address of the Associations office. 

This website will have a lot of information regarding Backflow, Water Leaks,
Water Quality, the Board of Directors, the Association By-Laws and the history
of UBWA. The tabs at the top of the page will take you to many different places
