Personal Profile

Oliver Marson is a composer, multi-instrumentalist, sound designer and
singer-songwrtier that has worked with Victoria and Albert Museum in creating
bespoke compositions for the Alice in Wonderland and Mary Quant exhibitions. He
composed music for advertisements at Endemol Shine (Black and White Bushido). In
addition to this, he has worked with Empathy Test, contributing to their third
album 'Monsters'. His solo project has involved working with Joshua Rumble
(Anteros, Black Country New Road), Charles Cave (White Lies), Christina Lopez
(Lava La Rue) and Jorge Elrebcht (Ariel Pink, Kirin J Callinan).



Oliver Marson is also available as a session player as guitarist, keys player,
or bassist. Having toured Germany, Switzterland, Austria, Sweden, UK, Poland,
Czech Republic with Empathy Test, he has extensive experience on tour. 

 


VICTORIA AND ALBERT MUSEUM

Mary Quant Exhibition

I created this for the Victoria and Albert museum in a brief with a short
turnaround of 48 hours. The brief was to create a song that captured the 60s
flower power spirit in the time of Mary Quant and this was the result.
