Loved it from first ride!
Story Bike was the first e-bike I rode and the only one I enjoyed. I loved the
ride, feel and look from the start. My husband felt I should try others so I did
begrudgingly but you know how first loves are! So finally, I placed my order in
the coldest winter in California I can remember, thinking well I’ll have in the
spring. But I couldn’t wait to get on it and it’s as wonderful as I remembered
it to be. Also, I must say that the chats I had with Travis and all the help he
gave me was just so helpful and he was so patient with me. Customer service par
excellence! I put it together myself. No problem. Just watch the video. I enjoy
riding it without using electricity most of the time but it’s such a great help
on the hills here in Santa Barbara. I’m turning 65 this week and my knees just
can’t take all that stress. It looks and feels like a regular bike. In fact, it
feels better than my Cannondale. And I ride for pleasure and exercise. Can’t
recommend this bike enough and the company that made it.

Still loving it
My bike is a couple of years old now, and I still love it. I am moved to write

Love my step-through e-bike!
I love that this is a relatively lightweight and attractive e-bike, easy to
assemble, and smooth ride. I was worried about getting an e-bike and not getting
enough exercise, but it really helps with hills and works great when the battery
is turned off.
