TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CREDIT CARD CRITERIA

Spend and credit criteria, fees and charges, terms and conditions apply. 
Individuals must be 18+. Offers available to new customers only and is not
available with any other offer. 

1You will receive 50,000 Bonus Flybuys Points when you apply for a Coles Rewards
Mastercard by 30 June 2024, are approved and then spend $3,000 or more on
eligible Retail Purchases (excluding Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Special
Promotions, purchases of foreign currency and travellers cheques, transactions
made in operating a business, bank fees and charges such as interest and ATM
charges, refunds and chargebacks) in the first 3 months of the Account approval
date (spend period). Please note, purchases must be processed and charged to
your account within the spend period. You will receive the Bonus Flybuys Points
within 4 weeks of meeting the required $3,000 spend, credited to the Flybuys
Membership Account linked to your Coles Mastercard. Include your Flybuys number
on your application to receive this offer. This offer cannot be used in
conjunction with any other offer. Your Coles Mastercard needs to be in good
standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed) for
the Bonus Flybuys Points to be awarded. This offer is not available when closing
or transferring from another Coles branded credit card account or in conjunction
with any other Coles branded credit card offer. Points will be forfeited if you
close your Account before we instruct Flybuys to credit them to your Flybuys
Membership Account. Standard Flybuys terms and conditions apply and are

2The promotional rate of 0% p.a. will apply to Retail Purchases (excludes Cash
Advances) for 6 months from the date your Account is approved, and you will need
to pay the Minimum Payment Due each month. At the end of the promotional period,

attract the applicable Annual Percentage Rate for Retail Purchases, currently
19.99% p.a for a Coles No Annual Fee Mastercard. Annual Percentage Rates are
variable and subject to change. From 1 July 2024 the variable Annual Percentage
Rate for Retail Purchase and Cash Advance will change to 20.74% p.a. This offer
is valid until 30 June 2024. Post this advertised date; NAB reserves the right
to continue, withdraw or change the offer at any time without notice. This offer
is not available if you have recently closed or currently hold another Coles
Credit Card. Payments will be applied to your account as per the Credit Card
Terms and Conditions and Other Important Information at
coles.com.au/mastercard-important-information. 

3Your total Balance Transfers may not exceed 80% of your Credit Limit. The 0%
p.a. interest rate applies to balances transferred with this offer for a period
of 15 months and a one-off Balance Transfer Fee of 1.5% of the Balance Transfer
amount, which applies. The 15 month promotional period commences when the
Balance Transfer is processed and you must make the Balance Transfer request
within 3 months from approval to receive this offer. The Balance Transfer Fee of
1.5% of the Balance Transfer amount will be charged once your Balance Transfer
is processed. At the end of the Balance Transfer period, the interest rate on
any outstanding transferred balance and Balance Transfer fee will revert to the
variable Annual Percentage Rate for Cash Advances, currently 19.99% p.a. for a
Coles Low Rate Mastercard. Please note, you will be charged interest on Retail
Purchases while you have a Balance Transfer. This means that all spend will be
charged interest at the applicable Annual Percentage Rate from the date of the
transaction. From 1 July 2024, the variable Annual Percentage Rate for Cash
Advance will change to 20.74% p.a. This offer is valid until 30 June 2024. Post
this advertised date NAB reserves the right to continue, withdraw or change the
offer at any time without notice.  This offer cannot be used in conjunction with
any other offer and is not available when closing/transferring from another

 +The Interest Free Period applies to Retail Purchases, interest, fees and
charges when you pay your full Closing Balance from your last statement by the
Payment Due Date (excluding any Fixed Payment Option balance which isn’t due for
payment by that Payment Due Date). No Interest Free Period is available on Cash
Advances or Balance Transfers. Please note, you will be charged interest on
Retail Purchases while you have a Balance Transfer. 

REDEEMING AND EARNING FLYBUYS POINTS

*For the Low Rate Mastercard, Flybuys Points are earned on Coles Spend which
means Eligible Transactions at Coles Supermarkets. For the No Annual Fee
Mastercard and Rewards Mastercard, Flybuys Points are earned on an eligible
purchase which is an Eligible Transaction and means any purchase excluding (but
not limited to) Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Special Promotions, BPAY
payments, purchases of foreign currency and travellers cheques, transactions
made in operating a business, bank fees and charges such as interest and ATM
charges,  transactions made using Flybuys Points and government related
transactions. Both Coles Spend and Eligible Transactions are defined in the
Coles Mastercard Rewards Terms and Conditions found
at www.coles.com.au/mastercard-important-information.  The number of Flybuys
Points awarded is calculated by reference to the Australian dollar amount of the
transaction.  Flybuys points awarded for using a Coles Mastercard linked to your
Flybuys Membership Account are in addition to Flybuys points awarded by Flybuys
partners and will  be allocated by Flybuys in accordance with the Flybuys terms
and conditions found at flybuys.com.au.
