Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time employee?


Good question! Consider this, when you subscribe to CreativeLoop, you get a web
administrator, graphic designer, website designer, front-end web developer, and
all-around digital ninja. Hiyah!

The annual cost of a full-time web administrator now exceeds $130,000, plus
benefits. A senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000 plus benefits (and good
luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough
work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't
able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as
you need to ensure you're only paying your producer when you have work available
for them.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?


Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your production queue as
you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How fast will my requests be answered?

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more
complex requests can take longer.
Who are the creative producers?


You might be surprised to hear this, but J Media Group is actually an agency of
one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of J Media Group. However,
some requests such as animations and custom illustrations are provided by
partner designers and producers.

How does the pause feature work?


We understand you may not have enough work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you
only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your
subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the
service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that
the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to
be used anytime in the future.

Better yet, pausing your subscription keeps you locked in to your original
pricing - so if the subscription cost goes up in the future, you're always
locked in at your original rate.

*Pausing is only available on Monthly memberships.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?


Unlike the pause feature, canceling your subscription will close your account
and ClickUp space. You will need to start a new subscription to continue using
Loop.

What programs do you use?


At J Media Group, we take pride in our proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud -
Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom. Additionally, when it comes to building
websites, we use WordPress and rely heavily on Elementor Pro or Avada as our
go-to frameworks. We understand that you may have different preferences and
that's no problem for us! Our team can still handle most website maintenance
requests for alternative builders like Divi or Visual Composer. Although we
can't create custom WordPress plugins, we can always find a suitable marketplace
solution to take your website's capabilities to the next level. Trust in our
team's expertise to elevate your digital presence.

How do I make requests?

J Media Group offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using
ClickUp. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via ClickUp,
sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for
those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked
to or shared in ClickUp, it's fair game.
What if I only have one request?

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you
have additional needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription
go to waste.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?


Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
