How often should team building activities be conducted?
Tailored Team Building recommends conducting team building activities at least
once a year, but the frequency may depend on your team’s needs. New teams or
those undergoing significant changes may require more frequent team building
activities.
What are your recommended team building activities for remote? For outdoor?
For remote teams, Tailored Team Building offers:

What is your cancellation policy?
Tailored Team Building requires a 20% non-refundable deposit for bookings. If a
booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event, we may invoice for staff
costs. Postponements due to unforeseen circumstances can be rescheduled without
penalty. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the event) may incur staffing
costs.

Today was the best day of my life. I have never had so much fun in a 2 hour
period. We bonded, we have laughed, and we have collaborated. Golly I could not
have planned a better amazing race around Sydney if I had the shows designers
themselves helping me. The group of leaders were the most fun, interactive, and
if I must say attractive group of individuals I have ever encountered. I would
let these people house sit for me with the way they present themselves. Heck,
I’d let them have my first born child they all seem like such good chaps. Sorry,
tad bit side tracked there, the leaders were just that cool of people. This was
the most unique and different event I have ever experienced. I had high
expectations for this event, and by god did they exceed them. I came here for
the prizes, but I left with a sense of fulfillment, joy, and happiness within
me. If you don't hire them for your next event, you’re simply not trying to
create a collaborative, fun, and bonding environment within your group of
friends or coworkers. Tailored Team Building is the best, and no other place
could make these kinds of bonds anywhere else.
