On January 12, a new external IP address (199.96.233.174) will be added for
Registration QA, which is associated with the domain services.ecare.com.

 Action to take

If you currently restrict outbound traffic to services.ecare.com by whitelisting
allowable IP addresses, please update your firewall/security systems to support
this update and avoid a potential disruption in service.

Do not remove the existing IP address (199.96.234.175)

Add the new IP address (199.96.233.174)
