However, the design landscape is dominated by cultural viewpoints that hinder
our ability to achieve equity. We must work to remove this blindspot from our
vision. 

G&A Academy builds new roads into the design industry and provides the tools
necessary to shift the focus of our collective work. Our partnership with local
schools and communities raises awareness of opportunities that design can
provide to share experiences and create meaningful change.

The Academy’s mentorships, internships, and workshops are structured to inspire
new talent by providing tools to make their unique voices heard and perspectives
understood. The program’s ongoing support network serves to ensure the
sustainable growth of diversity in future industry leaders.
