6 years work experience in sales, operations, communications, and as
entrepreneur in social media management and consultancy. Degrees: BBA, MSc in
Innovative Management at the ESADE Foundation in Barcelona, Spain, and an MLitt
in Human Resource Management (CIPD7) at the University of St Andrews, Scotland.

Now working for a leading tech firm has allowed me to shift into a different
industry as well as learn the ins and outs of various departments during my
rotations. While working as an entrepreneur previously, I was able to develop
myself professionally and personally while pursuing my interests. During this
time it was a great pleasure to travel and create lasting partnerships,
successful social media content, and to built a 20.000+ member community in
support of mental health, well-being and EDI. Hence, Equity, Diversity and
Inclusion are core drivers for me when working on projects and aim to pay this
forward in whatever I do. My time as Duty Manager meant great responsibility
over quality control, general operations and ‘on your feet’ problem solving in a
dynamic and high demanding environment.

Working and studying in Asia, North America and Europe opened a world of
cross-cultural opportunities that inspired me to branch out, combining my
passion for People, Business and Technology, with a focus on innovation to
remain connected.

Curious about everything and eager to solve any problem that comes my way. My
MLitt dissertation focused on ‘presenteeism’ and how to mitigate this growing
issue as I believe people are a company’s greatest asset.

     an overall score of 4.6/5 and reached 88% attendance which is high compared
     to similar events in APAC.
     • As content strategist I helped creators develop a more effective and
     sustainable strategy with the aim to increase their follower growth and
     overall presence on the platform. The creator interactions took place
     face-to-face, via video calls and through online messaging.
     • I identified high quality creators and influencers across industries and
     sectors with the help of data sets as well as intensive online research. My
     target for Q4 was to identify and vet 200 new creators, and onboard 100. So
     far, I vetted over 400 creators and am on track to onboard more than 100
     creators by the end of the quarter.
     • Using the foundation provided by NAMER, I am assisted with the strategy
     development of the onboarding of 'Low Touch' creators in APAC. With this
     strategy we aim to improve the onboarding process and increase the number
