Members are charged an additional fee for each confirmed 2-hour delivery window request. † There is no charge for members with a UAP Preference to redirect all packages directly to a UPS Access Point location FAQ Can I choose the time of day I want my package delivered? If you are a UPS My Choice member or Premium member, you can pick a 2-hour confirmed delivery window from within the original 4-hour estimate. Allmembers can choose their delivery window option two days before the scheduled delivery date until the morning of the scheduled day of delivery. UPS My Choice members are charged a fee for every 2-hour confirmed delivery window request, though Premium members receive two free requests with their annual subscription. Please know that we won’t charge for this service until your shipment is delivered within the confirmed window. How can I see my past and incoming packages? All UPS My Choicemembers can see UPS packages from the past four months, as well as packages scheduled for delivery, in a convenient calendar view. If you have more than one address associated with your membership, the calendar will show deliveries going to those addresses as well. You can add addresses to your membership at any time in your UPS My Choice preferences. Can you hold my packages while I’m away? Yes, if you’re a UPS My Choice member, The UPS Store and other UPS Access Point locations can hold your package for up to seven calendar days at no additional charge. Customer centers can hold your package for up to five business days. If it’s more convenient, you can also leave your package with a neighbor or, in some instances, send to another address. All of these arrangements can be made from UPS My Choice delivery notifications or your Delivery Planner. Depending on final location, transportation fees may apply. Will I need to authenticate my UPS My Choice enrollment with an activation code? If you’re required to authenticate your enrollment with your email, you may be required to do so with a UPS My Choice Activation Code. If so, a welcome letter will be sent to you by way of the postal mail service approximately 7-14 days from the day you initially enroll. Your activation code will not be valid after 45 days from the date on the letter. An activation code is needed to verify a new membership. A UPS My Choice welcome letter is sent to the registered address of the new member. Once a membership is verified, the user has access to all available My Choice features. The delivery change option request “Delivery to Another Address” is not available if a membership is not fully authenticated. As a new UPS My Choice member, you will be prompted to authenticate your membership by entering the activation code after you log in. A UPS My Choice Activation Code box will appear. You must select your country and enter the activation code that appears on your UPS My Choice welcome letter.
