MAKROCARE PRIVACY POLICY
The policy came into effect from September 28th 2016. MakroCare is committed to
respecting the privacy of individuals. To better protect your privacy, we
provide this notice to explain our online information practices and the choices

Why we collect personal data
From time to time MakroCare may collect personal data for specific and limited
purposes to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our
products. This information is collected in several ways. On few products, you
can register to receive customized information. In order to provide this
customized information, MakroCare requests certain personal data. For example,
if you are an investigator, MakroCare requests your personal data to identify
and contact individual investigators to determine their interest and expertise
in participating in clinical trials. If you are interested in an employment
opportunity at MakroCare, then we request and process your personal data to
match your qualifications with open positions and to contact you regarding your
interest. Investigators selected to conduct clinical trials may need to provide
additional information so they may be compensated for their participation.
Sharing and Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone
for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless in response
to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or
law enforcement requirements. Information submitted to us is only available to
employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending
you e-mails based on your request for information, and to contracted service
providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with

In case of merger or bankruptcy, client’s information that corresponds to this
privacy policy will be discussed and consent will be taken, if information needs
to be shared with any 3rd party.
How we use this information
The information provided by you is stored in a database in order to provide you
with the information you requested. This information will only be shared with
employees of MakroCare and only to the extent necessary to accommodate your
request. MakroCare does not share your information with outside third parties
without your explicit consent.
MakroCare is a global company with offices and databases throughout the world.
MakroCare may transfer your data to one of its databases or offices which are
outside your country of domicile. MakroCare takes measures to protect data that
is so transferred.
