Now planning to submit for plan approval in stages due to technical reasons, in the month of June or July. The same will be updated after submitting the plan for approval. * GREENS ANNEX Registration is under process * GREENS Registration is under process * SOUGANDHIKA Registration of site are under process. The land owners again approach court against the earlier court order. Received a self execution order from the BESCOM. The work is under process, will update you after completion of the electrical work. * EXOTICA Waiting for BESCOM NOC, which is getting delayed because of Elections. After getting the NOC will submit to BIAPPA for final release of Sites. * ELITE Sale agreements to the extent of Two Acres is executed in favour of the Builder. * MYSURU The Electrical work is commenced by installing the electrical poles. The road work will be taken up after completion of the electrical work. * PHASE-4 We are able to get 16 acres of land registered in the name of the Builder and also the same has been converted for residential purpose. The execution of Sale deed of remaining lands is pending, as the land Owners are demanding present market rate instead of the agreement rate. Had several rounds of discussions with the landlords and hope to resolve the same at an earliest. Meanwhile planning to apply for plan approval for available lands. The copies of the Sale deed and Conversion orders are available in the Society office. Anyone willing to have a look, can contact Mrs.Sushmitha during office hours and requested not to take any photo copy of the same. * PHASE-3/B-1 The land acquisition is under process.
