Sophia has 15+ years of experience in financial services. A multiple award
winner in her field with her latest 2021 accolade being the Greek International
Women of the Year in Finance. She has worked as Chief of Staff to senior
executives, has deep experience engaging with clients and c-suite stakeholders
to advise on all maters related to innovation, FinTech, commercialisation and
market developments. She is on the world conference stage and public speaker
representing Citi. As a former regulator in the Uk and in France combined with
her work at various Tier 1 banks her sweet spot is at the intersection of
regulation, innovation and technology to create new opportunities for Citi. She
is deeply passionate about accelerating external innovation within large banks
and shaping a regulatory environment that is forward looking and innovation
friendly. She works hand in glove with founders, FinTech accelerators, and
venture capital teams.

She is also on the Advisory Board of a tech business and enjoys helping small
firms grow and develop their product offerings.

Daniel Goldscheider is a serial entrepreneur from Austria who has created, lead,
advised on, and invested in companies worldwide in the private equity, mobile,
internet, and sustainability space.



He is co-founder and CEO of yes.com, an ecosystem of over 1,000 banks and has
been a driving force to create a Global Assured Identity Network (GAIN). Daniel
is on the board of Valamar Riviera, the largest hospitality company in Croatia.



Before that he co-founded Mediaguide together with the American Society of
Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) and served on the board of the Global
Footprint Network.

James Leech is a Senior Propositions Manager at Fidelity International within
the Rapid Product Development team and is leading Fidelity’s strategy, work and
agenda on Open Banking and Open Finance. James joined Fidelity back in 2016 on
the Operational Management Graduate Scheme, ultimately rolling off into
Fidelity’s central innovation team. After 3 years in innovation having owned
Fidelity’s global idea crowdsourcing platform and working on projects such as
hyper-personalised discretionary fund management and investment-focused personal
financial management, he moved in late 2021 to lead Fidelity’s Open Finance
approach in his current role. Always looking to engage with the ecosystem, James
sits on the Steering Committee of TISA’s OSIP programme and has been a previous
speaker at the Fintech Talents event in London in 2022.

Nicola has been passionate about building and scaling businesses for over 20
years, from the early days of the consumer internet to today. Her career spans
roles as Co-Founder, Managing Director, Investor, as well as Corporate

FMCG & Media. One of her key roles was to head up the Commercial Growth &
Innovation Team initiatives for PayPal, based in Berlin.

She is currently CEO and Managing Director at Finleap Connect, the leading
independent European Open Banking platform provider, with key markets in DACH,
Spain and Portugal.. Prior to this, she was Chief Growth Officer and Managing
Director at OptioPay, an Open Banking Fin-/AdTech company.

Nicola fundamentally believes that we need to use technology to democratise
financial services. Open Data and data authorship, distributed data models and
innovative embedded finance models are one way to move towards a more equitable
future. Nicola is passionate about creating positive impact in the world. She
holds board positions in for-profit social impact businesses (Vested Ltd. among
others), supporting female founders as well as solar energy company Wattz. She
is also an advisor to impact accelerators and funds like Village Capital and
Planet A Ventures.
